This is a husband-wife team business. Tony does such good work with my lashes and I will give him a five star anytime without reservation. However, the wife, Mary, is unpleasant and unprofessional.
I walked in a REFILL appointment exactly 2 weeks and 5 days after the initial extension. Checked with Tony TWICE to make sure that the appointment is for a refill and not a full set. Expected to pay around $90-$100 as thatâs how much he charged me last time with the same refill. Once the appointment was done, the wife was trying to charge me $250, the price for a volume full set. I was so shocked as this is significantly higher than I expected. Explained to her that I checked with Tony and the appointment should be charged as refill. She insisted on charging me the full price because âTony has spent a lot of time with youâ, but said that âwe would offer you a 10% discountâ. A laughable $25. I said no. This is not what we agreed on. I understand the that it takes time for Tony to refill the lashes, but has she/he told me upfront BEFORE the service started, I would have walked away, or at least had the option to choose something different. After I paid, she took a step further to pressure me to add gratuity. Iâm not sure whether she understands, but tips need to be earned. I paid in the end out of respect for Tony. If you think the charge of $250 is so justified, why would you voluntarily offer a discount? Also, for any service above $50, she charges you a $25 deposit. Then âconveniently forgetsâ that I already paid $25 when charging.
Money is not the main issue here. The wife behaved in such an unprofessional and unpleasant way. I will not be returning to the business. Too bad as I really thought I found the place for me to get lashes done on an...
Read moreAs sad as I am to say, I do not recommend getting your lashes done here I was coming for probably at least three months seemed to be legit on pricing to start with had a reaction to the glue so they told me I could do a sensitive glue which they kept upping the price for my fills The price would never stay the same. The first time went up to like 100 then it was 120 for a fill then it went to 140 for a while. The very last time I got a fill done with sensitive glue which the Lashes never stayed on at all. It looked absolutely ridiculous with different lengths was $164. for the fill. I feel like I was taking advantage of and I wish I could Different review as they seem to be a very nice couple, but this is not right at all please be advised. I have also talked to other lash places and asked if the price of sensitive glue was price like that and they said absolutely not after I got the $164 fill done I'm having to go to another place to have them redo them because theyâre all falling off and they drove my eyes crazy so I swear he didnât even use the sensitive glue. again, please be advised. I shouldâve read the reviews before I...
Read moreI had been going to lash zone for over a year. Iâve always been pleased with my lashes and loyal to the business. I usually paid $80 for a fill every two weeks. I went on a trip and was not able to come within two weeks, I was told I would need a full set. I was then charged $293. Which is an outrageous price. I explained to the owner Mary that I had never paid that for a full set and was expecting around $180 because thatâs what I paid for a full set last time. She then responded â you must have gotten that for a special we were runningâ. I was appalled at the price because I would never pay that much for a full set. As I shopped around the area I could not find a single lash business who charges that much. Especially for someone whoâs been coming every two weeks for over a year. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Prices are not that high in Cincinnati or KY. Especially for...
