Typically I’d give this place 4 stars. But…. Last night a Public Health Emergency was issued by the President of The United States. (I kept getting told by one of the two owners, I will spare them The shout out, that it’s been going on for weeks; NOT A HEALTH EMERGENCY, that happen 24 hrs ago.) When I walked in I kindly showed the owner me saying (in Google translate) I was going to wipe down where I was going to sit and get my services done. For their safety, for mine and for their other customers. I am well aware they clean their salon but I want to be safe. I have a compromised immune system and I have always be cautious of keeping things wiped down. It is not against the salon, it is to keep everyone safe. If I came in with something unknowingly I would not want to spread it.

Well I was kicked out and told to stay home. I took $200 of my hard earned money to pay for services and I was told to leave.

I’m disgusted that wanting to wipe something down in a multi illness pandemic was such an issue I needed to be screamed at and told to leave and stay home. Shame on you for this horrendous approach to treating a loyal customer for wanting to be on the safe side. I am appalled. I will take my business elsewhere and keep that salon safe with my travel wipes. Everything going on in the world and they choose to be upset about that? Horrific.

Since I can’t comment on the dig that was made to me in this salons response: I’ll add it here, I hear what you’re saying, however yelling at me and telling me to leave your salon is not great business practice and I know a tad about business.

Second, I don’t pick colors or sign in? Please go review your sign in sheet; I’ve signed in every single time except for once when I was asked to sit down before I could sign in, by the owner. Then today as the pen was being used by everyone, and since I was told I couldn’t sanitize anything and to leave… makes it hard to sign for an appointment I was told was not taking place.

Also, not sure when I haven’t picked a color. You can roll that footage back too. You’ll see me in your salon, picking colors. Including today when I already knew the color i wanted. Is it bad for a customer to know before coming in?

You can’t just take accountability. I’ve hired a someone to handle my nails and toes. I am happy to give this person to my business, where they will celebrate me being safe, as I see fit. I didn’t ask for a mask.

I do hope you learn from this and treat the next person better. I’m loyal and I’m kind, I’m sorry you couldn’t see...

Went for ombre nails paid $75 very extremely disappointed Mary did nails very cheap on fill hardly used any powder white and pink each nail looked different length and width no body and lumpy and wavy total disaster after 3 weeks 1 nail broke and when called and talked to David (owner) first he wanted to set appointment with Mary then when I explained wanted nails to be repaired he started talking very fast and acting stupid then all of a sudden had no openings for repair told us to call back later fill is so thin that you would have to return in 3 weeks for fill and could feel where nail was glued on that is how cheap fill was so please be warned you will be wasting money I suggest 100% to visit Angel at 90's nail in blue ash on Reed Hartman highway prices reasonable and uses very thick fill nails are even and thick you can easily go 6 to 7 weeks between fills and nails are absolutely stunning guaranteed try 90s nails with angel and you will leave happy and...

I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review! I've been getting my nails done here for the past 3 years, they always turn out beautiful and the experience is always wonderful! David and Mary have created a lovely atmosphere here that is fun and welcoming. They've taken the time to get to know me, I'm always amazed by how much effort David puts in to really get to know his customers. Mary has always done such beautiful work on my nails and I always leave feeling so relaxed after my appointments.
