Hoping the residents and surrounding area continue to support this establishment. It is accessible for the communities and our elders really need a closer option to shop like Piggly Wiggly. Great customer service, and even have an very easy guide printed up to help you find what you looking for. Only issue I have is the meat items not having enough meat in the packages for the prices! Maybe if we increase supporting them by shopping that will change! I also asked for community support, like helping able to donate to my volunteer organization, Therapy Buddies Neighborhood Care Team-Neighbors Helping Neighbors, to feed our elders, disabled and veterans food pantry by donating canned food items, but at this time they were unable to! I know once they are on solid ground they will give back to the community. Was happy to see the cancer grocery bags, because it is one of my passions to support! Getting skin care products baskets ready for the holidays for cancer patients and survivors. They skin goes through changes and they need skin care products that passes the test for excellence! Has anyone else noticed the 10% surcharge Piggly Wiggly charges you at the end of your total then afterwards your taxed on top of that 10% This is a total rip off I called the manager at the Atlanta Hwy in Montgomery store and she said that there were signs of this posted everywhere...My husband and I bought groceries $151.08 but we ended up having to pay $182.81

She said this was taxes and surcharge for the trucks and delivering, which I think that should be the store responsibility. Its called Use tax fees or something like that. 20 October 2023 As I mentioned before, this store stocks Wright's Liquid Smoke and I have looked in five southeastern states and never found it. Wright's Liquid Smoke is the best quality you can buy on planet earth. Their every day price for chicken thighs and legs is $1 28/lb plus $0.13. This week they are %0.99/lb plus a dime. So, $1.41/lb regularly, $1.09/lb on sale . Very much a good deal. I believe it is locally-owned. I am not positive.
