Went in with one customer already waiting on order. Waited five minutes for someone to take my order. About five minutes later another customer came in and he waited around five minutes to give his order. Okey we're at 15 minutes now. First customer finally got his order and had to come to the counter three times to get his fries, the request was answered with "they are cooking". Fries came up. He then had to come back for another fry that they missed. I'm still waiting. The fries came up again. The first customer got his and then the customer that came in after me, his order was handed to him. He had two whoppers and two fries and two drinks. I had ordered two jr's and two fries. I asked the employee why he received his order and I did not. Had to tell them what I ordered again because they had already wiped it from the screen so the long wait would not be recorded. After standing there for a least 20 to 30 minutes and watch a person that came in after me leaving with his order, did I have a right to get upset and tell them "just give me my money back"? I realize sometimes you have to wait these days but this was ridiculous. Not the first time I've had to wait in this location but it's close and I give the benefit of the doubt but this was ridiculous and very trying on patients. I would not go back to this location if I was starving and nothing else was open. They need to close it down or get competent people to work in it. Read moreMy family and I come after an event for lunch. We order the new bacon pepperjack sandwich and fiery wrap, among other things. It took 5 minutes of waiting, then I ordered. It took 25-30 minutes just to get our food. After ten minutes, I looked at the screen, and it said our food was served, yet I did not have the food. 15-20 minutes later, we got our food. The sandwich and wrap were not in there. Instead, we got another spicy chicken sandwich and an impossible whopper. I told them about it, and I got the food we ordered. The member gaslighted me to think that i didn't order that 10 minutes late. Another guy came and is arguing about the same two items we had the problem with. He asked for his receipt, and that's when I realized we didn't get a receipt. I asked them for one, and one of the staff members (idk if he's new or not) asked somebody how to print a receipt. Another member did it, and I got it. She looked at me funny and walked away. I left and checked the review of it. It's not surprising. We asked for everything fresh, once we approached the window to pay we asked the young lady to make sure everything was fresh she said ok before leaving the window she asked if we could stop at the yellow pole until they tell us to pull up to the pick up window. When we arrived at the pick up window to received our food of course it WAS NOT fresh. One of our whoopers was made so sloppy when we opened the wrapper lettuce was covering the top bun and the meat was half way off the bottom bun. The second whooper we asked for no pickles cut in half, of course it had pickles and was not cut in half. Our impossible whooper was also not fresh and I asked for cheese of course no cheese.
