I should start by saying I haven't ordered from pizza hut in a long time. My favorite things were limited time items like the honey sriracha sauce drizzle and bacon & cheese stuffed crust, when pizza hut dropped those items I swapped over to dominoes because they easily beat pizza hut for value and the flavor wasn't drastically different like say Little Ceasers or a frozen brand. I occasionally would order the Beef Brisket BBQ pizza however from Pizza Hut because my father and I loved it, so pizza hut still had my business. The reason I stopped ordering from pizza hut as much is because of the horrible app! Everytime I would go to use the rewards points I saved up on the app I would always be told on the check out screen that "Something was wrong" I tried over a couple of years since the beginning of the pandemic and it still to this day does not let me use the reward points associated with my first account. Yesterday I had a hankering for a pepperoni pizza and I was going to order a beef brisket pizza as well since my father was swinging by for lunch, but it had been about a year since I last ordered from Pizza hut due to my frustration with the app, also I enjoy the value of dominoes and their app's reward system works. I made a new account with my current email on the spot and used the in-app coupon for 2 medium specialty pizzas, I ordered a pepperoni lovers and of course the BBQ Beef Brisket pizza. See the Beef Brisket pizza has marinara sauce on it and the meat itself is a pulled Brisket with sweet BBQ sauce and it makes an excellent contrast with sweet & smokey BBQ paired with tangy & salty cheese and marinara sauce. Of course I knew that nothing was wrong because the beef Brisket option was in the app and I knew they had it, so I waited until I got home to open up the pizza box. Pizza hut had prepared me a very unremarkable Pepperoni lovers pizza with just barely enough extra cheese and extra pepperoni to be called "Specialty" well I'm used to that so I have no real complaints there. The star of this review was the substitution I received! Pizza hut had given me a pizza with regular ol Hamburger meat and a BBQ sauce base instead of marinara, and I was still charged for the specialty price, I wasn't even notifed of the substitution, the employee barely even spoke to me. I was so disappointed with what happened I immediately threw the Hamburger pie into the trash after 2 bites. It's nowhere near the same. Pizza hut, If you can't follow through with fixing your national menu, your app, and your customer service then say so! I will gladly keep my business with Dominoes...
Read moreI posted a review and deleted it after speaking with the manager at pizza hut, however the situation was about me giving my card number to them and then next day I get charges from Amazon that had pending unauthorized charges. It is a bit weird that 2 lady that I had spoken with had different voices, but the manager said is was her who took the order Okay. 🤔 Any who, I'm stillnstuck on why when I call the store the day I found out I was asked if I wanted to speak with the manager but no one ever came back to the phone, and I called several times no one picked up. See situations like this go unsolved cause people canceled they cards and go on because they get their money back but not me. This is serious, it's fraudulent and it's a felon there's no telling if people not checking their account how many this had happen. The Manger said when I spoke with her that she makes to much money to do it and won't put her job in jeopardy totally understandable. I don't trust nobody, I put this out here to let people know anytime given your card number over the phone check your account afterwards. This post ID to help people not bash them. I know for a fact it was done by someone here, I am very responsible I keep up with my card these people were the only people I gave my card to over the phone everywhere ilelse I use it at I swipes it...but this will not go unsolved and I will make...

Our order arrived with no label seals on either box. The side order box was popped open and the large box was barely assembled. The driver left before I could get the order in and see all this. When I tried to call the location several times, I was either put on hold infinitely, or the line was just ignored. Once they even answered and just dropped the phone and ignored it. I could hear confusion and yelling in the background.
I finally got a regional office somehow (while dialing the same location number), and they put a new order in, and said we would be texted of the status (which never happened) . . . and this order never arrived. After 40 mins, I called the location again and couldn't get through. After many tries, I finally got the completely dispassionate manager, who told me that they were out of contactless labels and they had voided the new order because they couldn't reach me by phone.
Anyway, there's a real breakdown of communication between the management and the employees at this location. Buyer beware if you're ordering from...
