CVS — Local services in Monticello

Went there on a Super Bowl Sunday the pharmacist that was filling in was trying to close 45 minutes early I told her no and I demanded she checked me out she did not even want to ring me up, by that time five more people were standing in line she was going to deny all these people their prescriptions and leave early. She is a pharmacist prescribing drugs not selling candy at the fair and she was about to break the law by doing this. I can guarantee you it is illegal for a pharmacist to close early like that! 6 people there were relying on that store to prescribe drugs for their illness and she was going to screw all of us over by leaving early I chewed her out but that time she had no choice to stay because of the line that had formed. She deserves to lose her license. It was not the normal pharmacist...

I have been a long time customer of cvs, but this past week the pharmacy didn't do their job. My doctor wrote wrong script, and I didn't know. The pharmacy didn't tell me it was different from what i had been prescribed. Doctor corrected the mistake after writing the correct script. The pharmacy did not tell me they wouldn't fill it since I already had filled the other and didn't realize it until I got home. Prices are on the high side as it is, but I used to like the customer service but now I'm not sure if they care or not. The new pharmacist is hard to understand at times. I will be going somewhere different since they didn't tell me in advance that this wasn't what I was usually prescribed If they had, i would not have got that...

Pharmacist needs to be drug tested this lady clearly doesn't know the updated laws or prescribing regulations I mean its not difficult to google the new regulations instead of assuming just to be in some power trip .... If ur in a hurry go else where it takes hrs to fill scripts BC there's not one visit that there's not issues with one of the medications and then once u get it sorted out and update the pharmacist on laws and regulations that should already be known she then says okay it'll be another hour for that medication ots just...
