I went to Chopt for the first time and boy was this an experience I will be telling everyone. I am in line to order a salad And this customer is being so belligerent and in my personal opinion ” a true Karen.” The young lady helping her inform her steak and arugula are considered upgrades so they come with an additional cost. The customer goes did I ask you if it comes for additional calls and I’m just sitting there like oh my God the young lady is just trying to let you know that the price you see is gonna be higher if you choose these these upgrades. Then the customer orders a salad dressing that was currently out of stock things happen. I understand it was busy. The young lady tries to explain to her. It’s a dressing that you guys make in house and that if you mix two other dressing you get the dressing she got an attitude about that. I’m just watching this customer be so rude to this young lady. I couldn’t even handle it. I almost walked out because I was just like I can’t be in the same room with this woman. What made me stay and actually order a meal and was gonna make me come back in the future is the way the young lady handled it. No matter how rude this customer got an old boy. Did she get rude she held her composure. She was polite. She is what the ideal employee looks like. She tried everything to make this customer happy but this customer was just not having it. My personal meal was made perfect with great professionalism from this young lady. I was able to find out her name at the end was Tawana, but I just want to explain to you guys that had she not handled the rude customer was such grace. I would’ve walked out not because Your establishment was was doing anything wrong. I just was so disturbed with the way the customer was it just mean I wanna order anything. However, I was so impressed with this young lady that I just needed to stay and I need to get something and I need to come back in the future because that was a fantastic customer service and I also wanted to make sure that this lady did not call back or send a survey or anything to make it seem like this young lady and her team did not try to accommodate this customer because they did it just was a customer for hell and I felt so...
Read moreIf salads had a Michelin Star, Chopt would own the galaxy. Seriously, I’ve never had a salad experience this amazing. Ash and his team are not just running a restaurant…they’re creating edible masterpieces that make you wonder how lettuce and veggies can taste this divine.
First off, the food: mind-blowing. I’m talking about greens so fresh they could still be growing, the toppings feel like they were hand-picked by angels, and the dressings are so good they deserve their own fan club. I had the ULTIMATE HUMMUS HARISSA BOWL and let me tell you, I almost cried. It’s flavor-packed, filling, and feels like it’s giving your body a standing ovation.
And then there’s the service. Ash, the best Egyptian man, clearly runs this place with a passion that’s impossible to fake. The team is quick, friendly, and genuinely seems happy to be there. You walk in stressed and hungry, and five minutes later, you’re leaving with a salad in one hand and a newfound appreciation for humanity in the other.
The vibe? Think fast-casual luxury. The space is clean, modern, and efficient, with just the right touch of energy to keep you buzzing while you wait (which, by the way, isn’t long at all).
If you’ve ever thought salads were boring..Ash is here to prove you so ..so wrong. I can’t recommend Chopt enough..whether you’re a health nut, a foodie, or just someone who wants to eat something that makes you feel amazing. This place has officially ruined me for all other salads.
10/10. Heck, 11/10. Go. Run. Now. You can...
Read moreSomething needs to be done about pre order pickup at the Montvale location. My husband ordered a bowl & got notification that it was ready for pickup. Upon getting there the order screen said his order was ready for pickup, however, there was no order in the pickup area. I waited until the line of ordering customers died down and then asked about the order. The girl looked up our order- said it had been made- but shook her head when she saw the empty pickup area. She said people come in and steal orders. She quickly made a bowl and apologized. She was upset. My husband was upset because the point of ordering online is so you don’t have to wait for it when there, and the bowl we ended up with was warm but not at all what he ordered. Had No chicken, grains were wrong and had extra lettuce. He said it had no flavor and he ended up throwing half the bowl out. I write this to notify management of what’s is happening. Pickup needs to be monitored (or something) and orders need to be attended to with detail- not rush. Money and business...
