This is hands down one of the worst chipotle’s around. There is ZERO management and it’s very clear the team is completely miserable. If you order your food for delivery, 8 out of 10 times they forget something in your order or just mess it up completely. At the moment I have been waiting for my order for 26 minutes. When I walked in they said to order on the app and come back because you can’t come in and order meanwhile at least 20 people went ahead and ordered inside and got their food and got to go home, while some of us are standing here with no food. If you do speak to a manager they some how turn it around on you or blatantly blame a co-worker. Also if there is a mistake or anything they will do anything in their power to not simply apologize. I’ve never experienced another chipotle like this. Unfortunately it’s the closest one but driving out of my way seems like the only option. I know it sounds funny but this chipotle is complete chaos. Read moreI ordered from this location 20 minutes in advance thinking that this location is usually on and off with taking mobile orders only. They were only accepting mobile orders in this case. I came in and had to wait another 25 minutes after my order was expected to be fulfilled. There were a line of customers along with myself waiting as well. Their mobile ordering system went down so the poorly staffed location resorted to using their cell phones to take pictures of our digital orders. I do not blame the staff, it seemed chaotic and poorly managed. But the staff did what they could with what they were provided so I can’t knock that. That being said, I paid almost $3 for guacamole that I never received and got cheese on my meal which I did not ask for. They almost forgot my chips that are also almost $2 until I check my bag and realized no chips were there. All and all I like chipotle but this was a bad look overall. I am in no way a demanding or rude customer as someone who has worked in retail/customer service for 11 years. The first experience I had with this specific location was by far my worst experience with a food service establishment. It took almost 2 hours for myself and my family to receive our order after putting in a mobile order. The store was so poorly staffed and completely unprepared for such a rush that when we arrived, they were still working on orders from 1 hour prior. We stayed and waited the whole time but by the time we had gotten our order, they had run out of chips. Today, I decided to give this location another chance.
