Awful. Every experience I’ve had here with picking up a prescription is awful but today I’d have to say was the worst. I work in customer service so I know what it’s supposed to look like and this pharmacy is far from it. I went before work to pick up a prescription, I get on line, never acknowledged. The guy behind the counter was walking around didn’t look at me once. Another woman gets behind me and we both are standing there for well over 5 minutes. Finally so I wouldn’t be late to work I said are we able to pick up prescriptions and the guy turns around and so rudely says we’re waiting for the computers to be fixed ma’am. I understand computers malfunction but why on earth they would just let us stand there like that is beyond me. I transferred my prescriptions to now be sent to wegmans and I guarantee this cvs will go out if business. The staff at CVS are very kind, but severely understaffed. This store, like many other CVS stores is just a reflection of a large corporation ran inefficiently. For example, I just called to speak with the pharmacist regarding a prescription for one of my patients. After spending 4 minutes pushing buttons and constantly being redirected to the voicemail, I called the front desk. They said the pharmacy was open but only one pharmacist is in the back. Why?    Read moreAWFUL experience with the pharmacy here. They recently filled a new prescription for me and the dosage instructions were dangerously incorrect. The pharmacist was rude, dismissive and unapologetic when I pointed out the issue. I'm going to move all of my prescriptions out of this store because it's too risky when you have staff members who don't care enough to protect their customers. Everyone working at the pharmacy seems miserable--a few weeks ago one of the pharmacy techs was having a loud argument with the pharmacist, shouting and videotaping their confrontation and threatening to submit it to Human Resources.
