On the positive side, they delivered the day after I placed the order. On the negative, they showed up without scheduling delivery (so they were lucky that I was home), the 1/2 cord was 20% short, and for "partially seasoned" wood, there is a ton of moisture in it.
I called to let them know I was shorted and they were very polite and said they would deliver more. Weeks later I haven't heard from them. Maybe try a different supplier.
UPDATE: I decided to give these guys a second chance, being that they did respond and I didn't get around to following up. This time I opted for the seasoned wood.
This time I had to wait 5 weeks for delivery (it was late in the season but still), and the wood that was delivered is full of moisture. The only way I have been successful in getting it to burn is to break it into smaller pieces and even then it hisses and doesn't put out a whole lot of heat.
Again, I called and they seemed willing to fix it but have done nothing. I called back recently and left a message, but no reply.
So, my advice is go elsewhere...

Tommy was very professional at drop off, but right away something seemed off: much of the “seasoned” wood had a thick mud coating on it. Brought a bunch in the house, waited for it to warm up, and lit it up. Nothing. Waited 10 days with the wood indoors staked next to a heater. Still wouldn’t burn. See video of water actually boiling out of a log. Called the company repeatedly and left messages. No call back. Finally spoke to someone who said there was new management, and they would try to pick up the wood and give me new wood. Never happened. Over one month after trying to get firewood, finally got charges reversed on my credit card today. It’s hard to imagine being treated by a company this way, after explaining to 2 different employees that the wood was for a cold house that a newborn was being brought home to. Read moreDo not order: I paid for the full cord plus stacking.. unfortunately i wasn't home when they delivered - i came home to about 1/2 - 3/4 of a full cord.. thankfully customer service was good and they came and delivered / stacked the 'balance'.. wasnt home for that either; when i came home and measured it was still under a full cord but with the hassle i said forget it.. if i did not order the stacking service they would have really gotten me good.. if you order here make sure to measure after you stack..
In terms of quality - this is NOT seasoned wood for burning indoors... water sizzles right out of the wood.. i basically purchased a winter supply of campire wood for $365.
Lastly, i was charged twice on my credit card but saw a reversal on the second charge..
Overall very bad experience and i recommend ordering with a more professionally run...
