My experience with Liberty Office Suites has been nothing but great and Donna and Mary are definitely a big part of this. They provide you with hospitality. They make you feel at home and comfortable. I recently heard Bobby Stuckey, a restaurateur and master sommelier, put it perfectly on a Tedx Talks. Stuckey said, “We think service and hospitality are the same. They’re not interchangeable, they’re different. Service would be what I would do; took it and served it from the left perfectly and smiled and said ‘bon appetito’, I would’ve done something to you. Hospitality is not thinking of yourself, thinking of the other person, and making them feel different. Changing how they felt.” This put it perfectly for me! Donna and Mary, make you feel like you’re at home. They are always friendly, always helpful, and always a joy to be around. They won’t just provide you with an office space, they will go above and beyond to help you in any way possible. A few weeks ago, I asked Donna at 1 P.M. if she knew of someone who could install something into our office (to be done by the next morning) and she called someone and had him in here within 2 hours! Simply put, she is amazing!

To start, I cannot say enough good things about Liberty Office Suites. Karen is such a positive person and a joy to be around. My story: Back in October of 2022 I needed to get temporary office space for my team as we had our current office space under renovation and there were significant delays related to the build-out. My team were all working from home, and It was becoming progressively more difficult to track progress on a few initiatives that had been undertaken prior to our renovation. In a pinch, I reached out to the first shared office space I could find in Montville, as that is where our main office is. Karen picked up the phone and immediately brightened my day! She called the owner of the building and explained the situation of how we are a neighbor in the area and just need a month to month through our construction. That was on Thursday.. Friday I was checking out the space, and by Monday I was fully moved in with the warmest of welcomes from Karen and her team! The interior is beautiful as well as functional and it is in prime location. Perfect for a small business looking to have access to conference spaces but not looking to spend a ton in rent. 5 stars...
