"Energy" is a haven for both kids and parents alike. With its spotless environment and charming organic cafe, it sets the stage for a delightful experience. The smoothies and peanut butter and banana sandwiches are a hit with the little ones, including Nora, who can't get enough. The dramatic play area, featuring an ice cream truck and veterinary clinic, sparks endless imagination and role-playing fun. Nora, in particular, shines as a doctor, fully immersed in her pretend world. Additionally, hosting Nora's second birthday here was a breeze. From planning to execution, everything was seamless, thanks to the excellent communication and organization. The fact that many party guests returned for more fun speaks volumes about the center's appeal. "Energy" truly lives up to its name, igniting joy and creativity in every visitor.

First and foremost, the staff are very kind and friendly. The place is clean and newer looking. There are a variety of different things to do for toddlers to older kids. I took 2 stars off because the price for entry (1 child + 1 adult) is too high for the size of the play area. I have been to other play areas that charged less per kid (newer, bigger and without any time limitations) and didn't even charge for an adult to get in. Would I recommend this place? Sure, I would. But it wouldn't be a place where I would take my kid regularly just because it's more on the pricier side.

First and foremost I’d like to start off with saying the staff were very friendly and amazing. We had my daughter’s 3rd birthday there today, and everything was great. The kids had a blast, and the space is the cleanest play space we have ever been to. I took off stars for two specific reasons. First, they mentioned that it can hold up to 50 people. I would respectfully disagree with that. We had a few kids not come due to illness, if they had been there it would have been a tight squeeze. Second, and the most upsetting of all was we felt a bit deceived by the goody bag situation. When you book a 3 hour private event, included in the goody bags are complimentary open play ticket for the child to return and play. As mentioned we had several kids not come, and I told the staff I would be taking the extra bags (which I paid for) in order to hand them out to those kids. When I looked at the goody bag I saw the open play ticket was not there. I called to inquire, and they informed me they removed the tickets since those were only for kids who attended. This rubbed me the wrong way because 1. They did not inform me they were doing this. I did not see that anywhere when I signed a contract about this. 2. They were a bit sneaky with how they went about pulling out those passes. When I went to collect them they did not even mention it. 3. Again, we PAID for those. They said that they have had moms return several times after having leftover goody bags. I personally don’t think that should be an issue, since again those moms PAID for those goody bags. However, if it is their policy I would have respected it, IF it had been communicated to me. They pulled out all the passes that my own kids, including the birthday girl did not receive one. Additionally, I made it clear what my intention was to them. That the extra bags would be distributed to the kids that couldn’t come, since they were bags I had already paid for. That would have been the time they should have told me what they were planning to do. That whole scenario truly left a sour taste in my mouth, and it was so unprofessional to not even mention it to me as the paying parent who spent a lot of money for a party there. The staff mentioned this was what they were told to do, so I don’t blame them. But I do believe to some extent they knew this would be a problem because the way it was handled was not at all forthcoming. Not sure if we will be returning, my husband and I are a bit disappointed in...

I cannot rave enough about this place! We had my daughter's 2nd birthday party and requested a two groovy theme. Energy was able to accommodate this theme at my request and executed it perfectly. We did a 3 hour party and it was the perfect amount of time for play time and cake/food. The facility was super clean as I witnessed the staff cleaning before the party started. I wanted to give an extra shout out to Marissa as she was the reason we booked this party at Energy. A few months ago we went in for open play and Marissa was so welcoming and friendly as she talked to us about Energy and party availability. She was so kind and patient as we went back and forth about the dates and theme possibilities at the time. Marissa was also so great with our guests making sure everyone was ok and had everything they needed during the party. Can't wait to come back for open play....

The party was good overall. The place itself is great for children and the set up was nice. However, more staff was needed to assist with the party. There were decor items that I purchased that didn’t even make it up because there wasn’t much time to set up. Consider having 2 hrs before each party to clean and set up. Also, I purchased additional pizza pies for the adults and they were not disturbed. I wasn’t sure if I was suppose to do it or the hosts so adults did not eat pizza. Almost 2.5 full pies were left over, meaning that they were not given to the adults and that was money wasted. Also, some type of intercom system is needed to call on parents and their children when the food was ready and when the singing of the birthday was going to happen. I shouldn’t have had to pay extra @ the end of the night considering what...
