Airco Service — Local services in Moore

November 6, 2025...earlier this week one of our two 50 gallon water heaters stopped working. These water heaters are both about 21 years old and parts are no longer available for repairs. We knew this was coming and decided to upgrade to a tankless water heating system. JR came out, on November 4, to look at our requirements and worked up a quote to remove the 2 old tanks and install a new Navien Tankless hot water system. On November 5, James & Landon arrived first thing in the morning and got right to work. This was a big job including removing the old tanks, building a new gas line, building a new natural gas exhaust system, & plumbing the new system. They also had the help of 2 electricians because a new electrical outlet had to be installed and we also had them install a light in the water heater and we'll equipment closet. They worked tirelessly for nearly 12 hours. We are so happy with their work. Once again Airco comes through with superior service. I highly recommend.

April 2023...This is an update to previous rating. Once again Airco HVAC technicians are top notch! Our nearly 20 year old HVAC system reached the end of its life last week. Drake Keys came out and went over all the options for a replacement system. He had a lot of available options from bottom of the line basic builders grade all the way up to very top of the line luxury systems. We decided to go with an extremely efficient Lennox Elite system. With the available rebates and tax credits, and 10 year included warranty, we feel like the efficiency and peace of mind is worth the price tag of the new system. April 17 Chris & Luis arrived to beging demolition of our old Carrier system and instalation of the new Lennox system. They were both friendly and explained what the job scope was and quickly got to work. By the end of the day they had the new system up and running, but needed to return, on April 18, to finish the install with updated duct work and final cleanup. I would not hesitate recommending Airco to anyone for services in their home.

November 2022...This is an update to my previous rating. We had Lloyd out yesterday to repair our water heaters. Due to hard water sediment the drain valves wldn't allow annual maintenance and we're leaky. Lloyd knew exactly what to do and worked tirelessly to get both tanks flushed and new drain valves installed. Lloyd is so friendly and knowledgeable and he enjoys his job. Once again we are very impressed with Airco and their technicians.

We have been using Airco for our HVAC maintenance since 2019. They have been amazing each and every time. You will not find better technicians, who have pride in their company, and pride in their job. We keep our aging system maintained with spring and fall service. We have had a few different instances when the system went off line and one call to Airco and a technician was there with a solution each time in a matter of just...

I am leaving this review as I am not sure if this gentleman was the FIRST or the EIGHTH guy that came out. We originally asked for an hvac technician that dealt with geothermal because we had an issue. The guy that came out said that’s what he was but that it wasn’t an hvac issue it was a plumbing issue. They then sent a plumber who charged us $600 and it still leaked, but he said it was an hvac issue. They then send multiple people and we ended up with the FIRST guy who came out and he said it had an hvac issue this time, and it would be another $700 …when he “orginally” said we had no hvac issue. This has definitely NOT BEEN FIXED and I feel as though they are giving us the run around to get more money because how do we not have an hvac issue per the first guy and in the end we end up with the same guy and now we have an hvac issue. HORRIBLE service at best. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

UPDATE: You replied that someone would reach out to address my concerns. That is NOT what happened. Your customer care team reached out today and ONLY asked if I wanted to move forward with the estimate that was not what was originally quoted in your evaluation with the first technician. Again, 8 techs later and two reviews later…you have yet to reach out to see what is going on personally, only replied to this review. This only adds to the reason we will not...

Everything about Airco was great! Had an undersized AC installed when I bought the house, worked but not good enough. Called 4 different companies, and Airco was the only one that gave me multiple different quotes for different sized units, exactly what I wanted. Was only going to replace the AC/coil, but decided to do the whole system, with a few add ons - thermostat, air return added, and air purifier. Was not hassled or pressured by the salesman either, actually over a 2 week period answered all of my questions before I decided to replace everything. Financed it with no issues. Replacement guys came out the following week. 2 day job with 100 degree temps, but said they would not leave until the AC was running on the first day, and they got it up and running, quietest AC I’ve ever heard, and works great! Lowest the humidity has ever been inside my house, and wife and I were actually too cold in the morning, had to tweak my schedule. Came back the next day to connect the furnace and add the return. Had them do a few other misc things for me that I didn’t like with zero complaints. And they scheduled an appointment with the city inspector to check their work. Hopefully I won’t need to replace my HVAC for a long time, but if I do, I will...
