This place sucks it’s a miracle no one from corporate has come to fix this location. Although considering they admitted to bumping my order off of the screen probably no one knows this place is suffering on the daily. Yesterday I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and 6 wings. I was told there was only two people there at 5pm!?!? So I would need to wait out front after I paid. I get stuff happens but they had people there from another store and were loading a car up with product to send to another store for 20 min while I waited out front. I waited another 10 min watching employees walk in for their shift at 5:30 and then went inside to see they were serving people through the window and other cars they had sent around after me. Me and two other people in the lobby waited for anyone to come up to the counter and say anything to us. When someone finally came to the counter they asked me what did you order I told them it was a chicken sandwich meal and 6 wings. They told me they were working on it and it would be another 8 minutes. 10 minutes passes by and one of the employees walks up and tells me they can give me most of my order but didn’t have the wings to fulfill my order. I asked to speak to a manager that had offered to refund my order I told him I appreciated it but I just wanted my food he said i understand. He asked the crew if anyone had dropped a fresh batch of wings and the answer was no. He told me it would be another 10 min. 10 min passes by and I finally get my food I get home and I’m missing my side. An hour for a chicken sandwich meal and 6 wings is absolutely ridiculous.
Not to mention the amount of times I’ve gone to this KFC location and they have not had half of there menu available and told me it would 10/15 min or I could order something else.
There was even one time I ordered food on the app and went to pick it up for lunch and they told me it would be an hour until I could pick up my food. Because they got there late and were short staffed then spent 45 min on the KFC hotline because the staff at this location told me there was nothing they could do.

Read moreI took my family in this store for dinner the dining area was very nasty trash all over the floor and tables my husband had to clean a table for us to sit at the ceiling was falling in our order was wrong 3 different times the bathroom was nasty I would not let my daughter use the bathroom the girl at the drive thru window was eating while handing out food in the drive thru the guy cooking had his shirt wide open with his nasty chest and chest hair exposed there were several people that came in because they went thru drive thru and there order was wrong one man had came back 3 times and order was still wrong there was no gravy in the 2 famous bowls I ordered the cinnamon biscuits I ordered looked like they put honey and butter on then thru them in a box that was leaking by the way I looked up the reviews on this store and most were very bad this location needs some serious help the light case over our table was full of bugs we will never return to this location in reviews people have gotten sick from this location I did not see this until I looked up the reviews...i was told i could not have a receipt because they didnt have printer paper also no lids for drinks in the lobby when i asked for some I was told we may be out then he got some from drive thru area...a regional manager needs to go in there in plain clothes and see the filth of this place I hope me nor my husband or children get sick from this location this place is disturbing and very nasty the landscape outside looked better than the inside....we really enjoy kfc but if this is how the stores are ran we will never return not even for a restroom stop I am so upset and disappointed service was horrible the whole bottom of the box my meal came in was covered in grease so was my sons....very disappointed at KFC. Read moreWent to pick up an order for Uber. Waited roughly 15 mins in drive thru line with only 1 car in front of me. Knocked on their drive thru window after waiting over 5+ mins just sitting in my car without moving. And that was after waiting the additional 5+ behind 1 car. This suppose to be FAST FOOD! I worked in fast food before. It does not take that long to cook food. I tried to ask how much longer at the window. Instead employee was rude to me and started to argue about me knocking on the window. This store is lucky the customer never removed my tip because I have lost tips because of a store taking to long or they made the food wrong. Otherwise I would be calling corporate tomorrow. I might still even. Also on a side note I picked up KFC for myself a month or two ago and I had issues. Prices are not what they used to because of inflation and also very limited menu. I miss the potato wedges and the few other sides. That is what made KFC good back in the day. Anyways the issue I had when I picked up food for myself was they did not give me the entire order of what I ordered. Missed my biscuit that also was on my receipt. Had to re-enter the drive thru to receive my biscuit. And of course they took a while. Remember paying only like $5.50 for a few chicken tinders + two sides + biscuits + cookie + drink less then 5 years ago. Now I pay about $8.50 for popcorn chicken + one side + biscuit + cookie (maybe, can't remember if I got one) + drink when they also original forgot my biscuit when I ordered it. Plus no potato wedges anymore which I was stuck with generic french fries. I think that was the 2nd time I ever got KFC during post 2020 era or known as COVID era.
