So I never leave reviews usually unless I’m very unsatisfied like it has to be super bad in order to leave some kind of review. Anyways I went through the drive through and I always order the same thing every single time, chicken quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce, well done with extra jalapeño sauce on the side but I pulled up and it was breakfast time. I’ve eaten breakfast at Taco Bell a couple of times and wasn’t impressed because it always seemed dry. So I decided to try it this time to see if anything had changed and I was at a different Taco Bell than I usually go to. And I can’t tell you how impressed with this Taco Bell I was. Everything tasted OnPoint and not only that I had pulled into the next parking lot over at KFC to eat my food and play Pokémon go for a second because I don’t like to play while I’m driving, and all of a sudden I see this guy running out of Taco Bell towards my truck and so I roll the window down and he’s running all the way clear across the parking lot to give me my jalapeño sauce that they forgot lol. Most people would have said oh, we forgot it they’ll come back through if they realize that it’s not in there/want it bad enough or they just forget about it all in all. But now this guy actually went out of his way, Running to my truck across the parking lot to make sure I got everything that I ordered. What great service! I will always go to this Taco Bell from now on. Sorry for the long review I was just kind of shocked that they went so far out of their way. This is how food establishments should be 100% of the time but unfortunately it’s not anymore. Usually when you go somewhere you always have something that’s messed up or missing but not here, like they missed a little sauce I had ordered but fixed it quickly. Read moreHad an unpleasant experience tonight! Very dissatisfied after dealing with the night shift. First of all a hard taco is nowhere near a quesa chalupa second of all a steak both should come in a steak Bowl not on a piece of paper man in a box. Then when we returned to get it corrected we're told the stuff in a box on a piece of paper was the steak bowl and that they aren't replacing it. I proceeded to ask if the crunchy taco i received was a quesa chalupa which they were willing to correct that part of the order. They had horrible customer service skills. We were then asked if we needed anything else because we stayed in the Drive-Thru to check the corrected order that they couldn't get right the first time. I apologize if I come off a little rude but I feel like orders that exceed $30 should be taking a little bit more serious. I also thought that writing this bad review would make me feel a little bit better in a little bit Justified over the whole situation but it doesn't so I'm going to proceed to contact corporate and let them know about the situation that occurred tonight. I have one last thing to say and that's if you don't like your job quit because the customers shouldn't have to suffer over it we ordered some food we wanted to eat it's not our fault that y'all didn't get right we should have caught attitude over happened to come back and correct in order that should have been right...
Read moreGone here fairly regularly since moving to Oklahoma abt a month ago. Today there was a miss understanding with my order, which I was fine with I just wanted the food I asked for. I was nice the entire time and let them know I didn't order whatever they handed me (don't even remember what they said it was called, some kinda drink I've never heard of). I'm guessing it was a manager that came up, Nanny McFee looking lady. She tried telling me that I did order it and had to take it. I explained that I ordered nacho fries not whatever that was. She finally processed a refund for what I was charged for by mistake and when I asked if I could still get the nacho fries I had asked for she said "no since you've been hateful you can go around and order again" then shut the window and walked off. I'm a nice person. Never had anyone accuse me of being hateful in my life. I tried to keep my calm the entire time and genuinely have no clue how I came across as "hateful" before the accusation (admittedly I got flustered after she did this and did yell something as I pulled away). I don't even do reviews normally and this is the only bad experience I've had here but I won't ever be going here again.
