I went here for the first time.Called made an appointment. Ask for jennifer, but found out later that her name was jessica, which was fine. However, I didn't find Jessica friendly. There was never a hello Or anything else. I thought she was kind of cold and abrasive. She asked me if I wanted my nails cut and I said no, and then she proceeded to cut my nails anyway. When she asked me what shape I wanted, I told her oval, she says, oh I can't do that???šŸ™„.. I said I did ask you not to cut my nails. I said can't you file him?Oh no I can't do that.... I also mentioned more than once that. I'm a diabetic and trust me as a diabetic. You say those words over and over and over again!!! However, that didn't seem to concern the person that did my pedicure. She not only cut my foot once but twice on both feet and i'm sure as diabetics you all are aware that anything can happen and we could lose a foot, we could lose a leg. I told her again after the fifth time she says, are you good?Are you good.... No, I'm not good. You cut me and I'm a diabetic and I've told you and told you to be careful and then you tried to hide the fact the first time that you cut my foot and then kept asking me if I was good. No, i'm not good stop with the b*!! And if your employees cannot understand English. You know, I'm okay with that, but you need someone in there. That speaks fluid english that understands the fact that if I tell you i'm a diabetic that you need to be careful and to stop asking me if i'm good, I will not be good if I lose a foot.. I would not go back here for the simple fact. They weren't nice. They didn't listen, they cut my toe not once but twice the lady. Doing my nails had an excuse that she had to go talk to the guy that was fixing their air conditioner, which took all of 2 seconds. There were other people that could have done that, but whatever, i won't be back. Circling back to jessica, she asked me what services I told her manny peddy, with gel nail polish... She proceeded to tell me how terrible that was, and how she really thought it was awful. That's funny.I thought I came in there.Asking for what I wanted, not what she wanted...

If I could give my experience 0 stars then I absolutely would. I promised my daughter that i would take her to get her nails and toes done because she got straight A’s in school, the nail salon I usually go to had no availability for walk ins today ( they are appointment only ) so I decided to go here considering the fact it isnt far from our home. From the time we walked into the salon, I was not greeted but was approached with aggression, as if they did not want to service me or my daughter. Being an example for my daughter, and seeing how happy she was in the moment, I decided not to react to their behavior. I was getting barked at by LEE , telling me to sit down, I told her , well i want to make sure my daughter is comfortable and set up in the pedicure chair first before you service me. Once I got my daughter situated, then I Approached Lee’s desk with my color , she almost made me drop it out of my hand telling me to ā€œpick something elseā€ because I picked a dip powder color..: I am a grown woman and I know what I picked up. After sitting down reluctantly, She kept hurting my fingers and I expressed that to her but she did not respond to me at all, instead, talking to her co-workers in their language. Very rude. Overrall my experience was HORRIBLE, i will be telling everyone about this experience I experienced. My daughter had a great experience, that was BEST for them. Also LEE has an expired esthetician license. For $85 , I will NEVER go back to this shop. I expected to have a nice experience considering the reviews but it was the...

I recently visited this salon and was warmly welcomed. The staff was very kind, and the technician who worked with me was sweet and pleasant throughout the appointment.

When it came time to cut my nails, I tried to show her the length I wanted. Instead of confirming, she immediately began cutting them shorter than I had requested. While working on my nails, I also noticed that one of my thumbnails didn’t match the other in length. I pointed it out, but she assured me they were the same. After mentioning it again, she did go back and fix it.

It wasn’t until after I paid—once I stepped outside and saw my nails more clearly in better lighting—that I started noticing more issues. The polish was not applied evenly; the sides near the cuticles were missing paint, making them look as though they were already grown out. I also realized the lengths were inconsistent, and one of my pinky nails looked noticeably crooked.

On top of that, one of my nails started lifting after only 3 to 4 days, which was very disappointing for a fresh set.

While I truly appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the staff, I was disappointed with the overall quality of the nails, especially for the $60 service plus a $10 tip. The customer service was great, but unfortunately, the attention to detail and durability of the nails did not meet my...

Yesterday was the second time I’ve been here with a set appointment and waited for 30+ minutes … yesterday I waited for 30 minutes and the first time I waited almost a hour. I didn’t care that much about waiting but it is frustrating bc what is the point in having an appointment. However, my service was rushed and messy. I had polish on my hands and fingers. My middle finger is already chipped and my thumb is already lifting. It hasn’t even been 24 hours since I got them done. I paid $62 including tip. Definitely not worth the service when it is not done well. I gave it two stars because I’ve been here before for a brows wax and it is reasonably priced and the woman did a good job.

The salon was a great environment to be in, Tom did a great job on my toes. He was super gentle. However, my nails… THE WORST!! I had two women working on my nails at the same time and they still managed to do a sucky job. She cut my cuticles down too far and the cleanup job was really bad. There’s polish all over my hands too. They were rushing and once they were done they rushed me out of there before I could even look at them. My prom is tomorrow and there’s nothing I can get done to them in such a short notice. I wouldn’t recommend Lee at all. She’s really rough as well.

Jessica did my nails and it was an amazing experience honestly. She definitely knows what she is doing, she asked you about prices and everything to stay in my price range. It wouldn’t let me do another post, but this is an update. The first black set was the ones that she first, then the green and black set was my fill and they are absolutely amazing. She did a marble ring finger and then did chrome on the green and then she did my sisterā€˜s nails, which are the pink nails after Sara did the amazing shaping!!!!!
