Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Indiana

My wife and son went in to order due to being hungup on four times... When going in she asked if there phones were down. The gentlemen replied his phone hasn't rang all night... As my wife was ordering she called the restaurant and long behold the phone worked. My wife stated you don't have to answer just wanted to make sure I called the right number. He looked at her and hung up. She proceeded to order and asked if she could get two pizzas one with cheese and other with beef on the pretzel pizza due to it being a special and sometimes you can't do that. He proceeded with the sale saying yes you can it'll be 20 mins. My son who was nice greeting him, saying God loves him which he replied with a rude statement, You can save it I don't believe in that After getting the pizzas and bring home. One had sausage, and other pepperoni. We don't eat pork the reason we asked for the special recommendations... We ended up picking off the meat leaving our pizza with sauce and dough having to retop it with our own cheese. We were going back dealing with that staff member.. So not only is this dude rip us off.. the business is losing sales cause he hanging up on potential clients.. Also our pizza was not...

I've eaten at this little Caesar's for a long time. But my last 2 trips have not been that great. Especially this one which is why i'm making a review. Lots of young kids in there with no clear intentions to have any customer service skills. They Make you wait, don't even acknowledge you or greet you. ( without customers, you'll have no paycheck or no business) Too busy socializing in the back and joking around talking about personal stuff or thier kids at home. The pizza was good but this is the second time i've gotten breadsticks and I believe they're cooking it with old expired dough. The way that the breadsticks came out and tasted absolutely terrible. This is the second time I've got breadsticks and they have looked this. Literally comes apart like string cheese and has air pockets. They didn't even cut them properly or put the butter or parmesan cheese thats supposed to go on it. ( i worked for little ceasars back in high school That's how I know what goes on them. Not this location) I added my own parmesan cheese. I'm probably just gonna start going to the Little Caesars In plainfield cause they do a lot better and their customer service has...

Ordered Delivery from this location using the “Little Caesars” app. The “DoorDash” Delivery Drive didn’t not grab our 2 Liter of Mountain Dew. When I asked about the 2 Liter of Mountain Dew, the “DoorDash” driver told me she wasn’t given a 2 Liter to be delivered. Fine. Drove to the Store and then was told by an employee that we had to bring that up with “DoorDash” through the App to have them contact the driver and then refund the money for the 2 Liter of Mountain Dew . Which doesn’t make sense because I didn’t order through “DoorDash” I ordered through the “Little Caesars” app. I ended up having to purchase another 2 Liter of Mountain Dew as that was the only way I was getting 2 Liter of Mountain Dew to take home. Seems like the app is not the way to go (at least for delivery) and will not use it again. I do not feel I should have to contact “DoorDash” when I didn’t order through “DoorDash”… again I ordered from the “Little Caesars” app. Just paid $7 for one 2 Liter of...
