On 03 July 2021 I ordered 2 drinks the exact same, strawberry lemonade refresher with light ice and no strawberry scoop. 1st they’re clearly made different (see the pictures). One was pure lemonade and the other was only strawberry, and you can see the difference in color also. 2nd the cups were half ice so they didn’t give us light ice like requested. 3rd when I asked if it was light ice the barista said “sure whatever you ordered it’s that. You’re not going to get more drink because of light ice” and she laughed and proceeded to close the window. I wanted the light ice because I planned on drinking them the next day or two, and I didn’t want them watered down. So she was rude for assuming. I’ve never had a good experience here and I’ve been over a handful of times. Just save yourself a trip because you’ll be disappointed.
Update: I went here again on 07 January 2022 hoping the baristas would be better, and/or hoping this location got better help. Nope. I was in the drive through for 38 minutes, then they gave me someone else’s drink. I asked if they could take it back and make the drink that I had ordered and paid for, and I was told it would be a longer wait. I said that’s fine and I’ll be patient. My drink was made wrong and it didn’t taste like a cold foam coffee at all. I left disappointed once again. This Starbucks is absolutely terrible, and it’s a reflection on the management clearly. Read moreThis is my worst experience I've ever had at a starbucks. I asked for a cold brew with white mocha syrup. I received a hot white mocha. I politely said this was supposed to be a cold brew. The redhead lady who I assume was the manager. Gave me a dirty look and was rude when i handed it back to the blonde lady. The blonde lady asked if I wanted to keep it, the redhead lady ripped it from her hands and threw it away. I didn't want the drink anyways. However this ladies poor attitude will stop me from ever going back. This was the redheads own mistake for not listening to what I wanted, when she took my order. I still didn't receive the cold brew, what I got was an iced mocha. This lady reflects poorly on Starbucks.
