Always polite and ready to help. I see people in there sometimes shopping and arguing about things and to be honest they all seem like the kind of people you would avoid and probably not want at your business and I'm willing to bet they are the ones who leave the nasty opinions. (You know the pajama shoppers) but the shop is awesome. It's not a Walmart so no you can't buy a vape then go home and come back later claiming it doesn't work. Sorry. He will let you test it BEFORE you leave in front of him. The owner does his best with the American language but can tell there can be some struggles sometimes for all you Karen's who think he's ignoring you. This is the 2nd and last time I'll ever shop here. The employee said they didn't have what I was looking for (I bought it here a few weeks ago!)... I asked if he could order it- he acted like he didn't understand me then started playing on his PHONE!! The store was a total mess, nothing like the picture above. I went to get a drink from the cooler & it was just 6 packs from the food lion next door- the employee that "couldn't understand me" then said "Open it up if you want one.", but never put his phone down or moved from behind the counter. Great deals if you pay cash. Definitely my favorite vape store. The owner is there a lot and he's very kind and helpful. I live across the street from another tobacco shop and I drive across town for the experience or products that this store has to offer. He has a very wide variety of products available and always gives us a deal. I've learned a lot about these types of stores. They sell the items but do not offer returns 99% of the time. Once it leaves that door, their commitment to the item ends and that's just the way it is. They're all the same but some stores like this one make it...
