Patisserie Cafe — Restaurant in Mooresville

I would have only given 1 start because of the breakfast sandwiches,but gave 2 since they tried to please the customer. I initially ordered a sausage,egg,and cheese sandwich on a croissant with their "supposedly" good creamy cheese potatoes. The sausage was chirizo...too spicy for the sandwich and I ordered it with no jalapenos...it came with jalapeños on it. Potatoes were kinda slimy / mush-ee with their style of a creamy cheese mixer. Sent it back. In its place I got the bacon,egg, and cheese on toasted white bread. Bread was barely toasted so I removed the ingredients from the bread and ate them with a fork. The bacon was tough...appears they use bacon bits mixed in with the scrambled egg vs freshly cooked bacon for the sandwich. Both sandwiches had so much cheese that almost every bite was stringy. This order had fried potatoes which were under cooked. Their pastries look good but did not try any. Nice people, friendly, but definitely missed the target twice on their breakfast sandwiches. Did I mention it was $16 (+) for the sandwich, potatoe, and a coke? Seemed a bit high. I do not recommend this place based...

Patisserie Cafe is addiction in the making and unfortunately for me, it's on my way home from work! The Lebanese Wrap and Mozzarella Panini are so good I'm sad to take my last few bites even though I might be full because I don't want it to end. We've had their macrons which are perfectly soft on the inside and hard on the outside (which is no easy task) and I purchased my first birthday cake which we enjoyed with friends outside. The chocolate heaven was exactly that. The best thing I've had from there was a cannoli... don't pass this by! My only suggestion was that I also purchased a piece of Key Lime Cheesecake that looked extremely enticing. Sadly, it had a layer on the top and a dollop of fake cream. It was industrial at best and very surprising to see instead of actual patisserie but even so, this is still my new favorite place in Mooresville. Patisserie Cafe is still a solid 5 even though the discovery of this generic ingredient was quite disappointing. I can't wait to explore other options...

I come to this bakery often, especially for its desserts, almost every time I’m in this city which is usually two to three weekends a month, but I normally don’t sit in, I usually grab and go. This particular day I walked in two minutes after opening, ordered my breakfast and about $30 worth of patties for my staff. I sat and watched a group of six people ( amongst others ) order their food and sit down. A young waitress with dark hair residually came out to their table, and asked if everything wa good and if they needed anything. There was a Caucasian couple sitting right next to me the entire timeI was there and as they were planning their vacations for the holidays more and more attention was being given to the party of six but no one came over to me or the couple next to me, asked if everything was okay, or if we needed anything. Now, it doesn’t make me upset that I notice this but it does present a powerful question... what made us...
