After a 30 minute wait (which is expected on their first week) found there were only two young ladies working there; one taking orders one making drinks. Then something happened with the ice machine, and they didn’t know what to do. They were offering people no ice for a few drinks until one of them got it fixed. Whoever is managing and making schedules here is either really bad at their job or just grossly underestimated the amount of traffic this place would get because you need more than two people working here. Plain and simple. The drinks themselves though… very good!!! Well… one of them…the two drinks were being made as the ice machine broke so they made one of the drinks and it just sat there for about 10 minutes or so until the machine was fixed so one of the drinks was extremely watered down. I think the prices are great, the quality is good, and the ladies were real nice, but they need help, support and an actual manager there for the first few weeks until all the kinks are fixed, plus, keep the line entertained, throw some freebies out, talk with your customers. I’ll go back, prob in about 3 months. Hopefully it’ll be better, and I can update this post. Oh, I gave atmosphere a 3/5 because the area around the building was kinda dirty. But again, when you only have two people working, it’s really hard to keep up with sweeping in the trash, etc. but if it’s dirty outside, I don’t wanna know if it’s...

Sip Co. is hands‑down my favorite drink spot! Every time I go, I’m greeted with friendly smiles and the most creative drink options you can imagine. The menu is HUGE, with endless ways to customize your soda, lemonade, or sparkling water plus they have a fun secret menu if you’re feeling adventurous.

The flavors are always spot‑on, and the quality is consistent. My personal favorite is a Dr Pepper with vanilla cream and strawberry purée, but honestly, I’ve never had a bad combo here. Their cookies and pretzel bites are also ridiculously good the perfect snack to go with your drink.

What makes Sip Co. really stand out is the atmosphere and customer service. They make you feel welcome, especially Bradi she remembered my favorite drink and genuinely seem to love what she does.

It’s a place that makes you smile before you even take a sip.

We love this place! When it first came to town I honestly was thinking "how much business could a soda shop really do?" But it's so much more and we quickly became huge fans! We love the variety of premade drinks and the ability to completely customize whatever you want. So many possibilities. One thing I will complain about is the inability to tip on the POS system. In the beginning it was an option and we always left them a nice tip and I never think to carry cash to leave. I think you should at least have the option to leave a tip. If someone doesn't want to, that's fine, but those of us that do should have the option. The employees are always so helpful, kind and always in a good mood... It's always busy when we go and they have the drinks out quickly. So glad to have this...
