I have to say, Iām very disappointed in this particular location, I get the rules Iāve previously work for Aaronās and they love me very much back home where Iām from, Iāve also purchase lots and I mean lots of items from Aaronās and back home where Iām from never had any issues what so ever. I move here and I walk into Aaronās and feel right at home the people here are nice!!! Iāve purchase a tv stand and also rented a couch from Aaronās awsome!!! Not even 3 months later management decides to play the manager roll with me and say weāll although your new item is schedule for a deliver we cannot deliver until we have a bank stub, mind you, they have all of my previous information and have record of my good history with Aaronās. I have no problem providing that Information I explain I was running behind due to work but if itās possible can you continue with delivery and Iāll come in tomorrow, then she responds well when you come in tomorrow with bank statement we then will deliver couch. I was very disappointment because at that point I realize customer service is important especially if you have a long standing good relationship with a customer.....providing excellence customer service and showing that customer you care and appreciate there service is important!!! This has put a bad taste in my mouth and after keeping chair for 1 month Iām returning chair back and will never do business with this particular store, I mention this to another Aaronās Which they felt extremely bad and stated they will never do that. I forgot to mention she also got smart with me and said well if you work for Aaronās previously you know the rules, ha, they need a better management team and they need further training on how to treat people... Iām not mad Iām ok, my skills and experience and hourly pay is more then what she makes Iām laughing to myself and saying well, you lost a good customer, enjoy your life.

Called corporate 5 times got a call back two weeks later. As mentioned in previous reviews, they lack knowledge and posses terrible customer service. They need a new regional manager. I authorized a payment for a certain day. They never took it out until a week later, then proceeded to call my phone and make condescending comments about my intentions and character when I was the one to set up the payment. I thought I would just pay this off and never do business with them, but we plan on sending it back as soon as possible. Save yourself a headache and use Rent-a-center. RAC has much better customer service and professionalism. ** I am adding to my comment. Two months later not one phone call or email. Since they have the right dates for ach I havenāt missed a payment. The response was for show. Do not shop here. Like mentioned before rent a center is much kinder and professional. My Family and I are paying for a game system we canāt even use because they delivered us faulty product that weāre accused of breaking. I only had my product for a week and explained to the store if they can just fix I will still pay for it. They tell me if they find that we were the ones to break not only wonāt we have it, weāll still pay for it.
