DO NOT USE! I took in my grandson's jacket to have his name printed inside in the event it was lost at school on the playground, it could easily be identified and returned to him. The owner seemed to be pretty nice and knowledgeable. I specifically asked if heat had to be applied because I did not want to risk damage to the jacket and the possibility of melting; and, he assured me that would not be the case. When I returned to pick up the jacket, not only had heat obviously been applied, the inside pattern in that area is completely ruined and the back of the jacket now has a permanent crease. To make matters worse the owner said to me "we have to apply heat". I said "I asked you that question and you told me no". He also had the nerve to tell me the pattern would come back. Yes, that is exactly what he said to me. Lesson learned because my biggest clue should have been when I was told I had to pay up front. What does that tell you. This job was so small that I am still shocked that this company would do such lousy work and risk loss of future customers for "FIFTEEN DOLLARS". Finally, disregard Mr. Perez's review of a year ago. I considered that when I decided to give them a try. BIG MISTAKE....

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. Please read this review before you decide to get work done by this place....this is without a doubt the WORST business I have ever experienced in my life. Don’t listen to the good reviews as they were probably paid for by the owner because there is no way this place delivers good service. All the reviews that say they take your money and don’t complete your order are TRUEEE!!!!!!! I came in more than TWO weeks to put in a order to 3....yes, only 3 jackets and they did a HORRIBLE job on the demo they showed me (HORRIBLE) but yet they were charging a RIDICULOUS amount of money. I spoke to the owner on different occasions, assured me my order would be done by the day I requested and that all the errors would be fixed but yet ON THE DAY I went to pick it up they said they only had 1 jacket done....what?! With more than 2 weeks to work on it you only have 1 done?! The owner is beyond rude, I don’t understand how he even owns a business. As a small business owner I went there to get some lawn signs to plce on my clients yard as advertisement,I needed them for the following day and I was aware it was short notice,I had gone to 3 different places and they said they couldn't do it,do to the short notice,so I went to Leisure Enterprises and they where the priciest of the bunch,but they assured me they would have them done and even though they were the priciest of the bunch I got em,its now been 2 days later and Ithey still dont have them,as a small Buissnes owner these are the things that matter.Time and Honesty goes a long way and for me this place tis BAD BUSINESS the only reason i went with them was cause they assured me that they would DELIVER and they didnt NEVER AGAIN...
