Mr. You Express Chinese Food — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

So I literally ordered what I always order from this place which is a special fried rice whenever I order special fried rice I always get it with no egg no chicken I keep the shrimp the beef and I ordered extra pork today. I ordered it and the rice is still white. It’s not fried at all. It’s extra extra oily where it’s like spilling all out of the bag. I have three pieces of shrimp no beef I asked the lady at the cashier like why is it like this it’s missing items I asked her where is the beef and shrimp She said that if I want beef, she have to take out some of the shrimp and pork I said, but the special fried rice come with three meats, and I paid for extra pork. She say yes but even if you pay for extra pork and you want more meat, I have to take some of this meat out . I told her that’s OK because I had to hurry up and for dinner. My kids are hungry, but at the end of the day, how does that make sense? You’re cheating me out of a meat whoever is cooking the rice did not cook it properly. It’s not fried rice it taste terrible. The rice is hard and I literally only had three pieces of shrimp no beef what is going on Mr. You come on let’s get it together. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!! I give this place 0 stars (but it won’t let me score it that low) because I was there the other day and there was a baby roach in my drink!! On top of that they didn’t refund me money or even say sorry. When the worker was confronted with the problem all she had to say was, “OH IT HAPPEN ONCE OR TWICE A DAY ALL DAY. WE WIPE CLEAN EVERYDAY AND IT STILL COME OUT ONE TWO TIMES!”. That is the most disgusting thing to hear from a food establishment.. as if it was okay that this happens everyday. Makes me wonder... If there is roachs in their soda machines what stops the roaches from crawling thru the pots and pans that they make...

Terrible customer service. I can tell the employee who works there does not want to be there. Did not greet me, she was rude, she said what do you want. I ordered 2 orders with one side. One side had beef and the other steak with broccoli and she mainly served Chow mein on both orders there was hardly any meat on the container and the food was cold and very salty.
