MC Coin Laundry — Local services in Morgan City

I’ve used to drop off in Wash and fold service at this establishment since I’ve been in town working. I spend anywhere between $60-$80 a time getting my laundry done the last time I was in there the employee was sitting down talking on the phone or should I say FaceTime me Came to the register so I can pay continued to talk and FaceTime on the phone as she was ringing me up and I asked her that it wasn’t very professional talking on the phone and working she told me she could multitask Obviously she could not. She tried to scam me. My bill was $80 and she tried to charge me almost $85 all this the employee was rude and argumentative this place should know this is not the only place to do laundry might have to pay more but I bet you that I have better service because my laundry was inside out wrinkle and dismay I cannot believe that with the amount of money that I spent in this establishment All my clothes was right side out, but I have several pieces of folded up inside out. My dryer is broken. I have been here before and was satisfied. Today I come in to dry my clothes. I used my card, the dryer didn’t start so I asked for help. I was informed that I added money on the bottom machine that is being used for clientes drop off clothes. I was told she couldn’t do anything about it. So I asked her are you telling me you can’t put 50 cents on the dryer that my clothes are in? She said no. I asked her to call the manager. She informed me she is the manager. There are arrows on the machines . It doesn’t say the credit card option is only for the bottom machine. I think it’s really dumb to be rude and unhelpful over 50 cents. She actually saw me put my clothes in the top dryer and proceed to use the credit card. At any point she could’ve stop me and said it wouldn’t work for the top dryer.

Edited to say that I have no idea how to contact the owner, that would’ve been my first choice. I looked on here. Last thing I want to do is call the number and get the same girl that was rude...

I have used several other laundromats and this by far is the best. Hands down! The washers are affordable, they hold more than I can actually label, and they wash EXTREMELY WELL. I have a grooming business so getting towels cleaned Thoroughly and sanitized not to mention getting all the hair and dander out of the towels is important. I can trust that my towels will be free or any indication that they are used for dogs. As well as a mom of 5 I can leave my clothes while they wash and dry and not worry about them being stolen or tampered with. The dryers also dry like they should. You don’t have to spend a ton making sure your clothes are dry. All of the staff is really polite and friendly and always willing to lend a hand and sometimes even an ear.
