Red Roof Inn Morgan City — Hotel in Morgan City

I only gave them one star cause it makes me. This place is absolute trash. We work over the road so not alot of options with kitchenettes that aren't ridiculous in price. For starters they are getting there roof redone and we got several nails in three of them and owner said it was our fault. On top of that the roofers were load, and we started finding several used needles on the ground after they got there. House keeping, hardly cleaned ur rooms and towels were all nasty and stained don't know if your things were going to come up missing. They had a sticky trap under the sink area where a mouse got stuck and stunk our room up. We moved rooms to get away from all the noise and there were roaches in that room,she put us right next to the bar in the parking lot,so on weekends the bar goers parked in hotel parking spot in front of the rooms. We paid weekly and a storm came threw went four days without power or water, all our food was ruined and she never offered a discount. When we went to corporate about or tires she came to us and kicked us out of the hotel. DoNT STAY HERE. On top of the roof being fixed right before insurance came out to o we look to fix other building the owners and family were on roof tearing down...

Horrible horrible horrible I came into to stay for work so I paid a weekly rate I was given a room that was completely nasty towel with stains sheets with stains they never changed them after the first 2 nights of sleeping with my rob over my head because they had nasty sheets on my bed I had to leave the toilet over flowed and not because I stopped it up I woke up to this a hole in wall and floors when I told her I was leaving she told me she had renovated others room from a inside source I was told she gave me a blocked room a room that was not supposed to be rented I was told she does that alot so I don't know if shes putting the blocked rooms money in her pocket or just trying to see who she can get over on towels were stained and wrote on with markers look like theyve there since they open holes in towels smh once I told her I I didn't want the room she tried to upgrade me to a suite I asked to see it and it was the same nastiness just with a walking in closet worth of room with a TV and chair horrible horrible! Go to the motel across from here it maybe a little dated but fresh towels and clean bedding TWIN CITIES MOTEL! NEAT WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO SAVE ON THE JOB/ROAD! This was the worst stay ever I gave it a one star because I had to but the lady at the front desk which I heard she was the owner she kept telling me my card was declined ok then about 20 min later I went to the room and the door didn’t have a lock on it she said I complained to much mine you I have a 2 year old who likes to open doors ok cool she fixed it.ok I she called me to come to the office she said the system was down but was backed up so when I went back up there she had a paper with my card number on I asked her what she was doing with my card number she said that it wasn’t my card number and I put my card in the reader and she charged me for the room rate ok I leave and boom two days later my card was charged a 50.00 charge with no explanation so I called up there and she haven’t been in so they say since this happened now it’s hard for me to get my money back I’m so heated I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one and not to mention the bedbugs that bite my baby tv don’t turn microwave makes noise don’t turn so you can say that’s broke to didn’t have a lock on the door.And my baby got sick I guess from water and she through up on bed so that’s why they trying to charge me...
