I'll give it 2 stars simply because it is a good store. Excellent selection great prices. Almost all the staff are very nice and helpful. However, there is a repair guy that wanted to charge me for a repair on a manufacturers warranty covered product. They are an authorized repair shop for dewalt after the sale products that need repair. So the guy needed to realize that dewalt pays for any of the repairs done there. I also had to explain to the guy what was wrong with it and what it was going to take to fix it. He didn't want to do all the work needed and wanted to charge me for the repair because, "that's a lot of work". Look, if the guy doesn't want to do his job, then he should let someone else have his job that will actually...

Based primarily on the leadership of a fella by the name of Brian Giroir, manager, and the pressing service oriented staff. The store now handles appliances along with the already chock-a-block full stock hardware and lawn care equipment, with the service to boot. When entering the store, you are greeted by a willing and able staff to assist you in forfilling your project needs. Now with an extensive lumber yard, and competetive pricing and even less costly than the goods at the big name suppliers. This was my last time going to this store. In July I went here to purchase a stove I had poor service, you would think with 50 people working in a place of business someone could help you right., wrong, we asked for help and they called someone to go to isle 18, well someone came but at the same time my husband and I was entering the isle a another man was entering too and he only was saying what he was getting and the employee assumed he was the person needing help. So my husband asked for what we wanted and he said on they are in this area. So after this experience today I'm done. I did get my stove by the way and we paid cash for it at HOME DEPOT.
