I’m giving 2 stars for effort. I went in for a dermaplane facial, and eye brow wax. The lady who did it was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m posting this simply to caution others. The facial was done first and then the waxing. As I’ve asked many other estheticians after my experience, they have all said they would most likely wax first. Everything felt wonderful, the facial was amazing! She got so much off my face, I was impressed. The waxing did NOT hurt. I have sensitive skin, so I knew they would be red for around 24 hours. When I woke up the next morning, I could barely open my right eye. I looked at it, and OMG my eye was so swollen and I had what looked like a burn across my eye lid. OUCH. This post is coming 4 days later, and the burn and pain is STILL very much there. Most likely it isn’t a burn, but a skin abrasion. My skin was basically ripped off with the wax 😬. My eye brows are also very uneven, as she took too much from one side, shortening my brow length. While I appreciate the ladies time and service, I will not be returning. I will post one picture of the morning after, and a...
Read moreI had a HydraFacial with derma plane at BelleVi about 2 weeks ago. The esthetician bruised my neck and the side of my face very badly. I texted her a photo of the damage. She apologized and said that was very unusual. I replied that I felt she used too much pressure throughout the entire facial, especially when she applied the eye cream at the end. She pressed so hard on my lids that I could feel my eyeballs moving around. (I was thankful that my cataract surgery was fully healed by then!) She replied that some people like more pressure and that I should have said something. Unfortunately, the eye cream was the last thing she did, so it was too late to complain. And I didn't know she had bruised me until I got home.
I responded to the survey BelleVi emailed me the next day; no one replied to my negative review. Two days ago, I left a phone message for Brian Bechtol and Dr Schultz, the owner/managers of BelleVi, asking one of them to call me about my experience. No one has...
Read moreWife was charged 25 dollars for a touch up since the first set of shots did not make a difference, and was told that next time they will charge more. For a service thatt doesn't work? She was told "oh give it three days and it may change, then oh give it a week, then oh give it two weeks, oh itll show by the next visit. They cant make up their mind its excuse after excuse. And the new person is not as nice as the older lady that was there. Needless to say, she won't go there anymore and instead go to the other lady's new place that she opened up after leaving this place. Crazy how businesses will lose customers over a few dollars instead of redoing it when they screwed it up. Not a fan of penny...
