🚨WARNING WARNING WARNING 🚨 Drivers do not come here if you value your time STAY FAR AWAY!!!! No appointment time this place is FCFS. I arrived at 2:37pm Wednesday to pick up my load. I checked in the guard was friendly taking her necessary pictures of the trailer (for damages etc). You don’t pick up from this location. You drop your trailer at their lot about 3 miles away. Then their local drives will pick it up bring it here for loading then bring it back to you when it’s completed. While sitting bobtailed noticed the 4 drives ahead of me get their trailers and leave loaded. I was advised by the guard that if you need to leave and go eat etc. that would be ok however I never left because I didn’t need to. Other drivers came and left. I watched my trailer get picked up at 6:17pm. My load was not ready until 8:30am the following morning. (Other trucks after me were even loaded and left before me🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️). I did ask the guard from the overnight shift if she knew if my trailer had been return (“very rudely she said call your broker “😲) this was at 2am. So it appears to me that they already know and after reading the reviews they are correct. They give you no information about your load no one has any numbers to call etc. My load is due Friday morning 5:30am over 800 miles away. I didn’t get loaded until 8:30am Thursday morning. I’m a solo driver and if I’m lucky with the perfect weather and traffic I can drive 725 miles in a day in a 11hr drive clock then I need my required 10hr break. 🤔 Been driving for many years now and clearly we are the only ones who know how this truck driving works with our clocks and proper trip planning. This load is definitely going to be late. Case Farms if you don’t have the product on hand ready and need to keep the drivers waiting for more than 2 -3 hrs don’t let brokers book the load. Causing drivers to sit for 18+hrs waiting to get loaded and we have a time appointment and destination to reach. No restrooms just portable toilets 🤢 and your lucky if your cell phone service works while your here. I will never come here definitely going on my list of shippers and receivers NOT TO DO...

I have read all the reviews. So I understand there is a wait. They only have 4 loading doors. I called and asked, questions. And you drop your trailer on jamestown rd. then they come get it and load it. So why would I sit and wait on it? I have things I can go do, without a trailer. I made a appointment to get my nails done, Taking my dog to the groomers, Go shopping at walmart. Get my hair done, go to a good restaurant for dinner. All these things and more are within 10 miles. Why are all these drivers, complaining about the wait? I deserve a break now and then to get things done. When my load is done, I'll work hard again. Enjoy just sitting. The job is, what you...
