The manager lady and the assistant manager lady of this store have awful customer service. My dad, who is 75 years old, bought a UTV there and has had problems with it since the day he got it. The UTV doesn’t even have 10 miles on it. When my dad tried to go to the store for assistance and to find out what he needs to do, they both were flat out rude to him and told him they wash their hands of it 30 days after they sold it. A 30 day warranty on a brand new UTV?? They said that he would have to contact some guy at Coleman that is the technician for our area. Well, that guy Scott, has terrible customer service also! If you’re looking for good customer service and you live anywhere near here, spend the extra time and drive to the Hickory location! You will receive way better customer service and nicer employees! My dad even asked them in Morganton for the contact information to contact Tractor Supply’s corporate office to talk to them about the problems he’s having and they refused to give him that info. You would think a company as big as Tractor Supply would stand better behind their products they sell, especially one that costs over $12,000. On a side note, never never buy a Coleman UTV from them! At this point I wouldn’t ever buy anything that has a motor on it from them period! Because if you have problems they will basically just tell you that’s your problem not theirs! They just want your money but could care less about it after it leaves their store. My dad got a second one from Coleman, after the technician kept it for 2 months and wasn’t able to fix it. The second one has the exact same problems as the first one and as of right now he’s not got to drive a total of 15 miles between 2 new UTV’s and the second one has been with the Coleman technician 2 months now and who knows if he will even get it back.
Review Update 8/4/23 went back to Tractor Supply last week because we needed some info off the UTV that Coleman requested us to send them, and since our UTV is setting there because the technician never delivered it like he promised and we have no way to get it home we had to go to the store.
