Walked in, got our change, started playing games, hit the SpongeBob game for the max amount of tickets, didn’t get the tickets because it ran out mid way while they were coming out. Calmly and nicely walked up to the counter, explained to the lady with black hair, that I hit the jackpot for the tickets, had said tickets in my hand, she said “I see where they ran out, I will fix it” rudely, and rolled her eyes. Continued to use my change because I’ve already paid for it, after we used up the change and went to cash in our tickets, they didn’t count on what we told them that we lost when it stopped spitting out the remaining amount of tickets, walked away with 110 tickets and should have had roughly 300, very rude and when my sister was picking her “prizes”, she was basically only rudely told she could get a certain thing because of the “tickets” that we had. And mind you, there was a literal CHILD, roughly 13-14 behind the counter working along side the other rude lady. Both were absolutely rude and once we exited the store, we sat outside on the bench and WATCHED as they proceeded to go fix the SAME EXACT MACHINE we let them know about and handed the tickets to someone else. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE attitude, definitely NOT worth spending...

Had an unfortunate experience here today. Have been coming here with my partner for about two years now and have had a good experience every other time. We won the jackpot on several different machines and on one in particular, the tickets just kept coming out. We thought that we had just won a large jackpot and when the tickets kept coming we realized something must be wrong. We were playing another game and hadn’t had a chance to speak to the women working yet before she came over accusing of rigging the game? Not entirely sure what the accusations were but she was completely rude and really disrespectful. We had been putting our tickets in bags as this is what we always do when we are at the arcade but she spoke on this too in her accusations. We even tried to give some tickets back but she kept accusing us? Won’t...

Rude employee - she was not out front for long periods of time so had to go find her when we were ready to check out. I knocked on door and said excuse me. She said she’d be right out, then when I was walking away she said I should have yelled back there instead of walking back the hallway. I thought this was rude and told her so, it just got worse after that. There was a sign on door that said employees only that she pointed out but the door was propped open and I couldn’t see anyone (nor did I see the sign).
