I was getting my nails done in the mall. The mall closed 10 minutes after my nails were done and when I tried to leave the doors were locked. I knocked on the door connecting the mall and Bealls. A super nice young worker came over and started taking to me and said he’d see if his manager could unlock the door or help. An older lady walks over with a nasty look on her face and was immediately hostile. I explained I was getting my nails done and my appointment took longer than expected and I didn’t know the mall closed. I then asked if they could open the door and let me walk through their store since the other doors were locked. She said “does this look like the nail place”. I was taken back and confused on why she was being rude. I said “no” and she responded “I can’t let you in go find security”. I stood there not knowing what to say or do but I said “okay sorry” and she rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders, and walked away??? I could see her talking to a different worker who also has a hostile look on her face. But long story short I understand she couldn’t let me walk through the store but she did not have to be rude. Stopped in and enjoyed the items they had to buy and was pleased with the employees. Chrissy was very knowledgeable on the history of the store and how it keep growing to other parts of the country. Very nice experience. Clean store....
