Me and my family patronized this store for the last 3 days. All together we have spent close to 1000 dollars. Instead of the store management and staffers treating us like the paying customers we were they would follow us around the store every single day we were there. Instead of being racist use more situational awareness and realize who paying customers are versus shop lifters. We will be coming back to the store regardless but cultural inclusion training for this store wouldnāt be a bad thing. I was born in Morgantown. I do not live here anymore. Everytime we come back we have to speak of the racism that we encounter everytime we come. Put a sign up saying āblacks not welcomeā instead of making people feel not welcome at the store. The floors look like they havent been mopped or whatever in weeks. Secondly, There is little to no clothing that's for plus size people. Im not too big myself but since my family line is mainly larger people, that could be an issue. Third, the cash register lady was quite rude to my great grandmother. Being 13 myself, I know I should care for my elderly. Lastly, The serivce was literally bullcrap. It took us like 15 minutes for someone to be at the register. I had a layaway in that was due out on the Nov 21st which i forgot about so i called the store on Nov 22nd to see if i needed to come in that evening the manager told me no it was fine it i come in on the next business day to pick up. So i go to the store today to pick up layaway and they said it was cancelled. I do know the layaway policy but if a customer calls and said they would come that day but the clerk tells you they give you a grace period.
