I was in the store today with my friend, wearing jeans, a hoodie, and an oversized flannel jacket. I found a lip gloss I wanted pretty quickly, but my friend was shopping for a gift. I continued to hold my lipgloss in my hand for the remainder of the time, waiting for my friend to be done til I bought it. During that time however, the manager and several other employees kept eyeing me up. I felt very unwelcomed, unsafe, and profiled. The person I presume to be the manager would occasionally follow me around the store. How dare you judge me because of what I was wearing? Read moreThey literally didn't even have my size to try on in store. I'm apparently a 40 DDD, but I don't think they measured me correctly as they tightened the tape measure considerably. I kept getting judging looks and was made to feel like I was incredibly unwelcome. The whole experience was uncomfortable and made me feel terrible. My best friend, who is about a 30 C at most, got excellent service and bought 2 bras as well as some underwear. She was extremely happy with the experience. So basically, if you're anything but super skinny, STAY AWAY unless you want to be treated terribly. Read moreVery upset. Normally when you got Victoria secret you never get left alone from people asking if you need help. I was stared at as I walked around the store for 15 minuets trying to find a certain bra (that I could never find)... I also watched every other person who walked in get help as soon as the hit the door. Very disappointed in the customer service. Also sad considering some of them work...
