Morrisville Lanes — Local services in Morrisville

Bowler beware. Honestly most of the staff here is awesome but there are a few that make this review what it is. My son was threatened to be kicked out of his league if payment for that week's session wasn't received that week. Also, when trying to pre-bowl for an upcoming league date, staff said they couldn't accommodate pre-bowling sessions, nor could they answer when we could pre-bowl; however, still expected payment for such weeks. In the end, I still ended up paying for the weeks we never bowled.

One of the owners actually went to my son's friends on his team to tell us such information (regarding payment on time or being kicked out) when all he could have done was simply call or write me back. Be it true or not, I was also informed that my son wasn't allowed to bowl on the High School team until my debts were paid. This shows me what kind of person he truly is... I left several emails with absolutely no response; I as well went into the office to talk and clear the issues but that apparently wasn't good enough. Telling someone else to tell someone else is such passive aggressive behavior so if you want your child to bowl in a league that's run like this, at least you know before you sign up.

It's very sad as we bowled here for years and thought we built a great relationship along the way; I recommended so many people and brought business to both the pro-shop and lanes to only be treated so poorly in the end. Morrisville Lanes has 12 Lanes of bowling. Is definitely an older style house given the number of lanes versus modern-day Boeing facilities. It appears to have no place to order food from but they do have vending machines. I'm assuming that they do allow outside delivery services to come in though not sure myself

I was up there for a one-on-one tournament which I was successful in winning. The lanes were difficult to find a line. While I have a urethane ball that will not break hard my opponents had bowling balls that had a little more break and both those were having a hard time finding a pocket on a consistent basis.

The lanes were not properly oiled but we're going to be in favor of a league that was coming in immediately after our departure. So while they were not ideal for competition conditions they were certainly fair and reasonable for what me and my opponent were doing today.

What I found appealing was that the staff and management were accommodating a match for me and my opponent today with almost no notice. To that I am grateful and thankful and

I wouldn't give any stars if I was able to, the bowling experience for me and my kid was ok at best i guess but the much older Caucasian guy that wasn't of much help at the desk overcharged me even though I presented my coupons from the family pass I have on the company's app. After realizing he made a mistake of overcharging me he told me there was nothing he could do, I couldn't be refunded, and he could possibly help me out "next time" lol wish I got his name but it don't matter because I won't be going back after being taken advantage of I could've turned it into a big spectacle but used my better judgement and walked out but not without mentioning I'd be in touch with a higher up at my earliest convenience. He needs to retire or be fired, he doesn't know anything about true customer service or being helpful in any way especially when he's the one at fault here. Do yourself a favor and bowl somewhere else, a place where the people that are supposed to help you have a pleasant experience have good morals, principles, ethics, good business practices, and aren't looking to take advantage of you then turn around and act like there's nothing wrong.
