Burger King — Restaurant in Falls Township

This BY FAR was the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. I thought there’s no stove-thru line at primetime hours and they had good coupons so I’d stop. NEVER AGAIN. The young girl who took my order while eating so I could barely understand her, which she the started being mean to me. There was no one in there and no one in line, however they made me pull up to wait for by the overstuffed garbage can and still didn’t get my order correct. Good was hard and warm. I had to go in because I noticed they didn’t give me barbecue sauce however the big greasy manager kept saying is that the only thing you noticed missing repeatedly once I got home I realize that they did not give me an item I paid for which was obviously what he as talking about so didn’t big greasy give to me while I was in there. He seems to be a large child that likes to make the young ignorant workers laugh when he should be focused on teaching them proper customer service that place is so ghetto and the customer service sucked. The lack of people there should have made me realize that particular BK must’ve had terrible staff. This Is Exactly Why I Stopped Going To This Burger King In Morrisville PA A YEAR Ago Because They Are Terrible Once Again I Ordered A Whopper With Cheese & Bacon Conbo And Once Again LITERALLY ONE LITTLE SLICE OF BACON Was Put On My Whopper I Also Got the halfies onion ring and ff my onion rings where RAW & STILL FROZEN Wen i bit into them SAME FOR THE FF OH AND MY DRINK THE DR. PEPPER I ordered was all seltzer THIS IS WHY I STOPPED GOING A YEAR AGO BECAUSE OF THIS SAME STUFF HAPPENING & THEIR EMPLOYEE'S WHERE RUDE AND THE FOOD SO THAT 2ND CHANCE I JUST GAVE TONIGHT IS JUST THAT 2ND & ABSOLUTELY THE LAST CHANCE I WILL NEVER EAT BURGER KING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!!! The food was luke warm, but was served as I asked no bun. Having allergies that was important. Negatives, asking for salt packages and how many? In a very surly attitude. Why would one have to ask for salt in the first place? Secondly I guess a manager or lead was talking extremely loud to other employees. Third I observed the same person being scolded in front of customers. I heard the lady say to get back here and clock out for break first .The other lady said I was just going to wash my hands. The other one answered in a surly manner. I think that is not necessary to speak to employees like that at any time but especially not in front of customers. Atmosphere with this happening was a little uncomfortable. The restaurant was nice and clean. Only problem I saw that smoking by an employee should not be done at front door. I will be back since this is the first visit to Burger King since moving...
