Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Falls Township

I travel across the bridge to patronize this establishment. The staff is friendly. The food for the majority of the time is made very well. There has been a few errors with our orders but for the majority of our orders they've been accurate. I ordered today and received some really large thighs. I attempted to contact them 3 times but there was no answer and the mailbox was full. The problem is that some of the larger pieces of chicken that we received were under cooked. I would rather wait for well done chicken than to receive under cooked chicken.

It's just something about the manager/owner. The emoyees at the window are 98.9 percent great people. There's easy to talk to and kind. However, our orders are sometimes incorrect and a few weeks prior the chicken wasn't done. There's no customer service here or at best very little. If they mess up your order and inconvenience you, well your just inconvenienced. Yes, they don't care. They'll replace items without discussing it with you. This place is really all about the money !!! Btw: They messed up my most recent order. A 14 piece Family meal w/ 2 sudes, 7 biscuits. I received 13 pieces of chicken and 5 biscuits. I had to return to get 2 biscuits and never thought about having to count each and every piece of chicken. SMH. I will NO longer patronize this...

Employees need to pay more attention to detail. The order recorded on my receipt was 100% correct, but all the chicken items I received were wrong. I asked for 2 orders of spicy chicken and 1 order of spicy tenders. All the meat was mild. There's a very clear distinction between Popeye's mild and spicy chicken. The fact that I drove all the way out there because their service is usually spot on, quick, and thorough, makes me even more upset that I had to circle around the building just to get back in line to ask for SAUCE!!! None of which was in the bag. The Not spicy chicken, sides, napkins, and utensils were there. But there was not a single sauce. I literally watched another employee hand the person at the window my bag, and not double check it, and just handed it over to me. To top it all off, something in me said to taste the chicken before I left, but I trusted in them too much and went all the way home where my family was upset that there was not a single piece of spicy meat...

I don't usually review fast food places, but I had to say something about this place. It's such an odd little Popeyes at the end of a beat up strip mall with a drive through kiosk in the middle of a run down parking lot and the pickup window sign literally dangling from a fire escape. I expected nothing special, no frills mall food, but right from the start the staff was charming and funny. The food was refreshingly fresh and they had a few menu items I'd never seen before and they were delicious. This may just be a Popeyes, but it's clearly a location with a great staff that cares about quality...
