Even before I walked into Adore for my bridal appointment, Adore Bridal stood apart from all other places in the personal attention I recieved. I got a link to fill out a survey about me and my preferences in a dress, a 15 minute styling phone call, AND snapchat videos of dresses they pulled out for me to try on after talking to me! So when I finally got there, I was really feeling good about having options. Adore is also the prettiest of the bridal salons I visited, with comfy couches for your entourage to lounge on and a really nice aesthetic. And lots of room for you to get dressed in and see yourself in the dress before you are "presented"! My other bridal salon experiences were of cramped box-like fitting rooms where you can't really see yourself before walking out to the public, or rooms where you get dressed and undressed in front of your people. Another thing I really appreciated about this place is that you could see the dresses you were trying on in different lighting. The mirrors give you one option, the chandelier lighting (mirror light off) another, and you can get great natural light by walking out to the lobby area. I had Brea helping me and she was great. Adore was my first time trying on dresses, so I changed my mind about what I liked after I started getting an idea of what looked good on me. Brea was amazing in listening to what I was saying: what I liked about this dress, what I didn't like about that dress. Each new dress she brought out built off what I was saying. The last dress I tried on there after she heard all of my feedback on previous dresses ended up being the one I bought! Which brings me to the best of all: Brea wasn't pushy. She would occasionally ask which I preferred between two dresses to get an idea of my tastes and preferences, but she let me run the show and didn't put me on the spot (compared to my experience at David's Bridal where the stylist asked me to rate each dress from 1-10 and I felt pressured to say I liked a dress more than I really did.) Like I said, Adore was my first stop of the day so I left the store wanting to see what other options were out there. Brea didn't try to stop me leaving or badmouth other stores, insinuating I wouldn't find anything there (something that happened to me at stop #2!) And when I came back later after my dress wouldn't leave my mind, Brea immediately knew which dress I was back for and told Janice which one it was without having to look it up or consult her notes. (She was with another customer at the time, which is why she delegated me to someone else who was free.) I love love love my dress, and I got to sign the wall in silver sharpie! Adore will also keep the dress at their store for me until the wedding so I don't have to worry about the groom seeing it or my cats getting into it! Overall, I had a great experience and the whole atmosphere of the place made me feel glamorous...

I live in Florida and bought my dress here because my maid of honor and bridesmaid live in IL. I was assured at the store and in text messages after receiving the dress that alterations would be “easy”. It is not easy whatsoever and 3 different alteration places in my area all quoted over $1,000 to correct the dress boob area and shorten the dress. The overskirt should have been sent at my height without needing hemmed so much. So I spent as much as dress just in alterations and would NEVER have bought the dress at this place had I realized how incorrect the sales person was. Also the boning in the boob area cannot be fixed which I was assured once again in text messages with Abby that it would be. Also the box that my dress was shipped in had a giant hole in it. What a joke. Biggest stress of my wedding is this damn dress. Go elsewhere!! Go to a place that doesn’t force you to tip their workers without any heads up and who offers in house alterations so you aren’t spending double.

Honestly didn’t think I would find the dress at the appointment and was pleasantly surprised I did in fact say yes to the dress there. Abby was wonderful in taking all my comments of what I liked and what I didn’t like to help find selections best to try on and recommendations on alterations.
Two things I wish I had known beforehand:
They do not provide drinks at all during the appointment. I always pictured champagne, or at the very least offered a bottle of water. You can bring your own we were told.
The second, and I still have a very upsetting feeling about this - I was told at checkout the consultants don’t work on commission and tips are appreciated for great service. The tips they show are off the total price so in a panic of not expecting that at all or thinking of that in my budget pricing for the dress, tipped 15% at $291! That’s insane to me for a 2-hour appointment. Why is the commission passed on to the customer to ensure the consultant (who did a fantastic job!) is fairly compensated? I still have to factor in the cost of what I’ll be paying to get final adjustments and tailoring of the dress from...
Read moreI can't say enough good things about the entire staff at Adore! From the moment I booked my appointment with them to just getting back my pictures from our wedding, they have made me feel so special! Their phone consultation before my first appointment was so reassuring and I thought for certain that the first picture they sent me of possible dresses to try one would be the dress I bought! It fit all the criteria of what i thought i was looking for. Thank goodness they have talented stylists like Tawnie to make me step out of my comfort zone and try on a style dress that I was positive would not look good on me. My dress ended up being that style and I knew immediately when she brought it out that that was my dress. She made me feel 100% comfortable and was so amazing helping me in and out of every dress. I loved the fact that the store only has a couple rack of dresses for the bride to look through, and then your stylist starts bringing you dresses after you determine what style you want. I went to another bridal store and they had so many dresses to look through it was overwhelming. And she was so good at picking dresses for me. She took the guess work out of it and I was able to enjoy the whole process! They also never pressured me into buying my dress at all. In fact, even encouraged me to go to another appointment we had that day to make sure I was 100% sure on my dress. And then when i called to tell them I had made my decision, they even stayed open late for me to come back and purchase! Even after I picked up my dress, which is absolutely beautiful, they would still check in on me and see if I had any questions! They made me feel like I was a part of the Adore family and really cared about me and our wedding. Thank you to the staff at Adore for making me feel like a princess and helping me find the most beautiful dress! I recommend you...
