Mi experience was more than I expected.... 💯💯 for the first the girl at shipping was very courteous and friendly and she received me even almost 1.5 hours before my appointment time.... she's inmedially assigned me a door and they took less than 15 minutes to loaded my trl.... so when u arrive at the street where they r located... go till last building at right and park before you enter... shipping office is under stairs... fast process to check in.... then move your axes till rear...when the light is green go back with her for your bol.. she's gonna see u outside to put the seal ...and that's it.... fast fast I been there less than 25 minutes since arrived and back on the road... plus she's give me a big bags of cookies 🍪 😋... great experience and thx for doing everything fast.... no overnight parking and not...

Trucking company never go there to pickup a load. Usually take 10+ hour to load the trailer without any explanation. Only "you must wait". My driver seat there more 10 hour without lunch. Check in 10.30 AM and now is 9.00 PM still there. The shipping staff are rude to my driver like to the animal.My driver ask "how long it's take?" And Answer from "go to your fu..ing truck it's not you business" Never pickup the phone from truck company even from broker. Will see how this company will pay for detention. !!! Will update later with that. We work trough broker "ultra logistics", the same story with them. They don't know anything about own costumer. They even can't contact with costumer to find the problem. I've been currently working here just so recently. There is mold on the cookies. They say it's dirty cookie. I definitely believe it is dirty. It's disgusting say they have not dust in that facility. They need to recall all of those cookies. They want to let you go when you just start out or you're new. It's like a prison there very much. So these people walk around like their Watching you.. There's definitely a lot of people that have been in prison in there and definitely probably need to go back. All the old dudes will consider getting or hooking up with you.
