For many people having your belongings in storage is stressful enough. Now add to that Covid 19 and normalcy is no longer. Shawna from the Moscow Mills location has made this transition for me stress free. Her customer service skills exceeds expectations. Always friendly on the phone makes one feel like we are friends. Shawna is the only reason I keep my belongings at that location. I have moved to Washington state and could of brought my items along with me but knowing everything is safe and in trusted hands it was easier to leave items here in Missouri. Wow! Can't say enough good about the experience I had at Storage Sense! The manager-Matt Shepherd- made this a-top shelf- experience. Ordered unit on line-and actually ordered too small of a unit... Matt made the adjustments for a bigger unit (15x30)-with a slight increase. Had to rent a U-Haul-Matt recommend Storage Sense's Box Truck for a much less expensive, and more convenient way to move!
