It's a very quiet Mobile home Park which is nice it just needs to be updated a little bit more curb appeal,and update the pool area with a real bathroom not a Johnny on the spot,update the playground for the children,also all buyers and renters that are in the community should get the same rules and regulations on maintaining the mobile home and maintaining the yard maybe community events in the trailer park update the streets to blacktop maybe just more up-to-date on the curb appeal mobile and more upkeeping and updated on the mobile home park amenities.. maybe a pet station more bushes and flowers everywhere update the mailboxes other than that it's a really quiet mobile home...

Maybe expanded driveways to limit street parking. Could use sidewalks throughout the neighborhood, I think it would look nice. Place is pretty clean (they try hard to put a stop to kids/adults from trashing and breaking things), they have a small playground for little kids and a major perk is the pool that's for Moscow Meadows residents only.
