Went to get a quick Taco fix for our supper since I was tired from work and didn't feel like going into grocery store to buy the meat and other items that I would need to cook and make us some tacos. I think I could have done it a lot quicker than the time it took there that night. I got in line and waited about 15 minutes or more before I got to the board to order and my food wait time start. I then pulled forward to wait for my order to be ready and given to me. I saw several people inside also frustrated and waiting a long time too for their orders. The time shown on those screens were only halfway through my wait time but it lets you see how long I was there in front of their window waiting for my food up to that point and how long the vehicle waited behind me at the board to even have someone take their order. They had finally got their order after that so their time changed and I wasn't able to take another shot of their service screen after that because they stayed in front of the window. But it was still another 15 minutes or more after that before I was given my bag of food and informed they were out of boxes to put the correct meal items together in it and when I asked for sauce they were out of the green kind and just threw a pile of mild at me that I dropped across and onto the seat beside me. Then everything was wrapped wrong so you couldn't tell what the items were because the wrong food names were facing up. So I had to unwrap everything to see what I received and found out I was not given certain items that I was supposed to get. Went inside to get it fixed and a fellow customer waiting inside at the counter said good luck I've been waiting there over 30 minutes for my food to get...

Issue#1: The drive thru was broke and you had to place your order at the window. Stuff happens, but what I had an issue with is the fact that you did not know this until it's too late and you are stuck in the line for 30 minutes. This made the line VERY slow. Some signage before you get in the line would have been great.
Issue#2: My wife ordered lemonade and received mountain dew instead. She has a heart condition and is not suppose to have any caffeine at all. She did not know it was mountain dew until she took a drink. When I handed the drink back to the cashier, she says that she cannot take the drink back. With 4 people in the car that already had drinks in the holders, there was no where to sit the extra drink, so I asked her if she would please throw it away for me. She rolls her eyes and takes the drink and then walks all the way out into the store and dumps the drink somewhere(assuming garbage or bathroom). On her way back you can see she is obviously annoyed by having to do this and is taking time to complain to someone before correcting the drink. Remember, i have already been in line for 30 minutes. Now, you would assume that she would have thrown the old cup away and filled a new one with lemonade. Wrong., she fills the cup she dumped out. At this point I just wanted out of there so I said nothing about it.
Issue #3: Nacho BellGrande chips were so stale that I had to tear them instead of crunch them.
Come on Taco Bell in Moulton.... I have been to a hundred Taco Bells and I remember no issues ever. How is it, that you could do...
Read moreWell me and my husband went in to eat after church during 3 days of worship at Cornerstone which was amazing but long so I was really hungry from not eating breakfast and church didn't let out till almost 12,but anyway we went in and there was no one at the counter to take our order until a girl got us on her way clocking out to go home. Then once we got our food I had ordered a side of jalapeños that I didn't get,so my husband went back up to the counter to let them know I needed my jalapeños, but no one ever came to help, they were busy at the window at the time but there were employees standing right there that could have simply asked what we needed or if everything was alright but not 1 employee went out of their way to help plus it wouldn't even have taken a min to dip out some jalapeños into a little cup and hand them to him even if they were busy, it don't excuse the fact that none of them employees were paying attention to the front counter and I know I say at least 4 or 5 employees there and it would have only taken 1 to get me my jalapeños. My husband ended up just sitting back down to eat before his tacos got soggy and I had to eat my nachos without the side of jalapeños that I paid extra for. I know their only like 50 or 75cents but still that's not the point, the point is they need to train the employees on how to give better customer satisfaction and service please. If not for the non service I got i would have...
