While I was there the employees were bragging about how they could get off early if they used fake accounts to make good reviews for the store so i wouldn't believe any of the reviews. Extremely overpriced from the get go, then add on high finance charges, and high interest. Very poor quality furniture and almost everything in the store has flaws or blemishes. Every employee seemed lost but the sales manager who was extremely rude. I was lied to 4 separate times by the sales manager Jessica and the lady who was helping me. Found out afterwards what kind of people I was dealing with and how ungodly much I'd overpaid a few days later, paid over double for a nintendo switch that had a issue only to be told I'd have to contact the manufacturer who then told me not only was it so old it was out of warranty but that they don't honor products sold by them. Miss a single payment and they will call you 15 times a day and even got call twice by Jessica from her personal phone at 9 at night with her kids screaming in the background. These people are scam artists and worse than Aaron's which I didn't think was possible. Luckily I saved and recorded every interaction and I am looking forward to my court date. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this...
Read moreI really hate to leave this because I love my couch but was told the day they was bringing it was Saturday and that’s fine but it ends up pouring down rain all day so I call them offer to reschedule because I don’t want my new couch soaked. They assure me that it’s fine and will be wrapped up still. They get there wasn’t wrapped the delivery guy stated he don’t know why she told me that cause they have to spray it with spray before delivery. So he delivered it anyways after me stating my concern to him as well. My couch was soaked and damp for days!! The material doesn’t dry up water very well my pillows two of them because of the material kept a foul smell. After me willingly and offering to reschedule due to rain they still didn’t and delivered it anyways and we couldn’t enjoy it for days and my brand new sectional that I paid 1,000s of dollars for has been in the rain and forgot to mention my ottoman looks like the one that came out of the store and I didn’t get no discount price I paid for brand new!!! And also had to pay for delivery when my husband had to help bring it in because they didn’t have delivery guy and I’m not one to complain but sometimes...

They wouldn't come look at it due to covid. after about a month and a half they got a third party repair company to come out and check it on july 14. Needed a part, said he ordered it and when it came to call them and he'd come back out and fix it. Part never came. Called Farmers, said they were completely unaware of the issue. Farmers said they would just replace it, said a guy would be here next week, never came. Called Monday, said he'd be here today. Guess what? They didn't come out today.
