Terrible service at this location. I was visiting Moultrie to settle an estate, and needed to replace my current Cricket Samsung phone. Stood at the display of the phone that I had intended to buy, and was ignored by the store staff for over 10 minutes. There were at least 4 other people in the store, sitting around on their phones. It was evident that they were not customers, but the staff's friends. When the store staff finally asked if I needed help, I asked to see a phone. I was told that it was too late to activate a phone. The store closes at 8:00 p.m. It was 7:45 p.m. I told him that I could change out the SIM Cards and set up the new phone myself. He just repeated that it was too late. I left and had to settle for a much lower quality phone from Walmart than I had intended to buy from the Cricket store. Very poor service. The manager should not let their staff have friends over to hang out in the store if it distracts the staff so much....

They don't even deserve the 1 star. I am trying to switch to cricket (and now seeing why I should) cricket is asking for a number transfer pin, that straight talk provided me. I have entered the pin, and keep receiving messages that I need to re enter. Called cricket in Moultrie, one of the lady's give me a 1800 number in which I called, (you have to be a cricket customer in order to speak to a representative) so that's out the window because I'm currently trying to switch. Called Moultrie store back, a different lady picks up, and asks me what's going on, when I told her, she asked me you don't have a friend with cricket, I stated no, but since you work at cricket you do, let me use your number. She said I don't use cricket. And hung up. No help at all. Do not recommend if your trying to switch...

I went to talk about how a screen protector I had purchased a few days before hand and broke and the area manager tony had taken the phone from the store manager which I was dealing with and was like it busted then. I stated i had only purchased it a few days ago and it shouldn’t have broke. He was like it did it job by saving your screen. I had to ask three times to get my phone back. The store manager had to take my phone out of his hand. After me and my father leaving tony the area manager called us names which made my father very upset and he told tony the area manager to step outside and then he stated you don’t want me to come out there.
