Bojangles — Restaurant in Moultrie

I’ve been eating from Bojangles in Moultrie ever since it opened about 2 years ago and I’ve always asked for the same thing, Grilled Chicken sandwich, the ingredients for the grilled chicken sandwich has always been the buns, a grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I went today 5/25/2025 at 8:05 pm and after ordering my food and waiting in their parking lot for about 20-30 minutes for my food, my grilled chicken sandwich came with no tomatoes and barely any lettuce, as I went back to the drive thru to get my sandwich fixed, the young lady named zianna (pronounced see- anna) proceeds to tell ME that “the grilled chicken sandwich does NOT come with tomatoes” and after I told her that “I’ve had this for many years and that it is part of the ingredients for the grilled chicken sandwich” she proceeds to argue that it is not. After asking me if I want a tomato like if that’s not one of the points of why I’m there. She gives me a 1/4 of a tomato in a container. Which I believe giving that thick of a tomato was on purpose because who puts 1/4 of a whole tomato on a sandwich. This is not the first time I encounter this issue with them, it’s my last straw. Do NOT recommend to eat there unless you don’t mind paying for missing ingredients...

The food is amazing! The only issue we have is the pieces of chicken are small. 🥺 Depending on the employee, depends on the service. We ADORE everyone except this one girl, she is Caucasian, young, and has an attitude; never smiles, and is borderline aggressive when handing a customer their drinks and food. Everyone else smiles and appears to be having fun, from the time we order until the time we leave. There is also a specific person that makes the tea perfectly! She has short hair, had temporary tattoos at some point, and we believe she is of Hispanic descent. When she makes tea, we come back a second time. The atmosphere (especially the window where we can watch them make biscuits) is warm and inviting. If the entire staff could get everyone on board with the balancing of tea making and customer service, this place would be overflowing with customers. Keep up the good job! God bless you all and...

Their biscuits are amazing. They are fresh and will just melt in your mouth... The coffee, wow! It's way too strong. One cup, and you're good for the rest of the day and pray your able to come down off the caffeine. From what I've eaten, it's all been good. I enjoyed their salad. However, I honestly feel it's a little pricey and a tad basic with its toppings, considering it's their Club Salad. Having worked in customer service for over 15 years, I feel the drive-thru staff, especially those taking orders, should review their menu more along with the register to help with their learning more. That would definitely help ordering and window time to become faster, allowing a good pace and flow of customers and would keep the overall store time within it's time limit....
