Usually have a bad experience more often than not. Cashiers usually aren't very attentive and most are young kids that aren't overly helpful. Most recent experience was when I buying meals from back near the deli. I had asked the cashier to make sure she puts the ones with most liquid in them on the bottom of the bag or please use a paper bag. Which she seemed annoyed about and did neither i think she purposely did the opposite. A small request i thought but apparently to much to handle. Another bad experience at boyers again. I was there last night doing some shopping for me and my mom and when I got up to the front cashier on Lane 5 was backed up because of customers that were running back for stuff in the store and felt I should not be waiting so I asked I assume was the cashier from the express aisle is there another register open because the light on three was on but nobody was there she kind of just looked at me and said no but Lane 5 is while I was in the lane the girl from Lane 3 finally showed up but I already had everything on the Belt which didn't make me happy if you're going to have the light on you should have somebody at the register or at least be able to call someone I felt that they did not value me as a customer and that's why from now on I probably will be making a longer Drive to go to some place else I mean you can only deal with a bad customer service for so long before moving on. I do like shopping locally but if a business doesn't care about its customers I'm not going to shop there. And another thing unlike Giant and Weis they do not have a lot of product for people with dietary restrictions ie diabetes, salt restriction, gluten allergies most other places have a part of an aisle kind of dedicated...

Read moreThis morning at boyers I just witnessed unprofessionalism & racism for the first time since I been here which is 5 months. I went to do some quick grocery shopping for the week & I needed something to carry the heavy stuff in so I bought a book bag with me. I walked into boyers, went to the atm got some money out , than proceeeded to purchase cigarettes. After that I start my shopping I’m going thru aisles looking & shopping as soon as I get by the milk & juices I get stopped by an older white gentleman & hes telling you can’t have a book bag you half to check it in at the front because of the kids etc. I tell the man that I’m not a child & I just moved here I did not know that I had to do that nobody said anything to me I been in the store for over 30 mins already. I told him walk with me I’ll check it in he said your ok this time than walked away. As I proceed to continue shopping an older white lady which I noticed after I bought my cigarettes was watching me & it seemed very odd, this lady walks around the corner & tells the man yes I seen him walking in & out the aisles grabbing items. At the moment I clearly thought it’s because I’m black…. I got upset at this point I didn’t want to shop here anymore. I paid for my groceries & left. I will return to file a complaint but I know boyers won’t do...
