I honestly have no idea what the flowers look like at this point I am writing this review before hand because the service was 100% un professional. I called the morning of to check on the delivery(while my wife was no where around). One hour later while I am with my wife they call to tell me that my card doesn't work and of course I am mad because they are ruining the surprise. So I hang up and call back as soon as I can, away from my wife, turns out my card works perfectly fine and they haven't delivered the flowers so now they will be late. Worst service ever I dont care what the flowers look like I will never use this business again. Just saw the flowers not very...

Very disappointed in my recent order. I live out of state and order flowers a few times per year for my mother. These were to be delivered as a birthday surprise. They were not delivered the day I chose, which ruined the surprise. I had to call the next day and they just said sorry, they were busy, that was all. When they were delivered late the next day, it looked nothing like I ordered. Instead of roses they put in cabbage leaves? I just don’t feel good about spending almost $100 on cabbage leaves. I always try to support small businesses but unfortunately will be ordering differently...

Girl who took the order at the counter was extremly rude and snooty. Picked up my order and not only were they not the color I ordered but they did not even match!!! How can you screw up a bootnier? I ordered 2 red ones and got a white and yellow. I waisted $21 on something I couldn't even use. I live in Mount Ida but think I will start using Glenwood florist instead since they had 2 hours notice and charged me less and got my order right when this place had a week. I'll drive farther for better...
