We stopped in on June 24th after getting a late start to our campsite. We walked in the doors at 7:13pm. There were two other tables that already had their food. The server immediately took our drink order and about 26 minutes later, we had to flag her down to take our food order. She came over telling us our food should be right out. We had to remind her we haven’t even ordered yet. My husband and I both ordered a sandwich and my daughter ordered the cheesestick pizza. This was at 07:37pm. The time matters on this. At 08:10, we were the only table left in the entire place and there was a few stragglers for to-go orders. I asked our server how much longer on our food. She mentioned it should be ready and went to check, she came back about two min later to tell us that they were starting on our order now and that they had been backed up with other orders-AKA-she forgot to put it in. I asked to speak to the manager-she never came out, but yelled from the kitchen that she was making it right then. I told her we were just ready to go at this point and just wanted to pay for our drinks. She comped our drinks-woohoo-3 sodas.. Anyways-this screwed us because they are literally the only place open past 8:30 in the area and it’s now 8:20. We didn’t have stuff ready for dinner that night at our campsite so ended up having to drive to Hot Springs to get food. All in all, we like this place, but service is an absolute joke and needs...
Read moreI was thoroughly impressed with the pizza buffet. The pizza was hot and flavorful. There was a decent variety of different types of pizzas (cheese, pepperoni, sausage, ham, and the works). It was thin sliced pizza with crispy crust. The cheese sticks were amazing! That was thicker, puffy dough with a thick layer of cheese and incredible crispy on the edge pieces. Then, they brought out the dessert pizza! It was cinnamon dessert pizza and I probably ate half of it! It was the best when it was hot, but it still tasted fantastic when it cooled down. There was a fresh salad bar that had all the best things at a salad bar and it was exactly what I want in a salad bar. They also had two soups. There was potato soup and taco soup. Both were hot and flavorful. The potato soup was better than Panera Bread by far! I could have eaten multiple bowls of that, but I was too full by that point. The woman that greeted up was friendly and a pleasure to be around. She was alway there when I needed anything. I enjoyed this experience and will be back to try the milkshakes once I’m not so full! I...
Read moreI went there with my family last Friday. First off, their menu has quite the variety it takes awhile to choose what you want. The food quality I'd give a 7/10. It's good but it wasn't that good. However, the portions of each veggie and meat on the pizza I got was a lot. The pizza was very stuffed full of goodies. The waitress was cute and she was very nice. However the wait time was ridiculous. We were waiting for probably 20 minutes. And the waitresses spent most of their time in the kitchen so if you needed something it would take awhile to get their attention. This place would be a 5 star but I feel as if there aren't enough staff. The bathroom trash can was also overflowing. Also, 2 pizzas, a sandwich, drinks and a pie turned into $65. Honestly I feel bad giving this place a 3 star. It really has potential but given the negatives, I'd say 3.5 stars is the...
