We stopped at this Subway after our son's baseball game, tonight (3/11/24) bc it was the only place open in town. We walked in the door at 8:40, knowing that they closed at 9:00. There were a few people in front of us from the game, also. We grabbed our chips and were patiently waiting our turn to order. We were next in line, with no one else behind us. At 8:50 the woman at the register, rudely told us that they were would have to leave bc they were closing soon and didn't have time to serve us. I made the comment that they still had 10 minutes before they closed. She said, "sorry, I don't know what to tell you" we still have to clean up and do a "bread count"". I have never been to a restaurant that refused to serve someone bc they were closing SOON. She knew that we had been in line for a solid 10 minutes already...we used to frequent this Subway, fairly often, when in the area. I understand that losing our business won't affect the store...but this is the type of behavior that can take a store...
Read moreThe worst experience I've ever had a subway. The girl working the veggies and register had a bad attitude the second we walked through the door. She was clearly irritated we were there (it was 830pm. 30 minutes before they closed) They didn't have any of the cookies I wanted, the new footlong churro or cookie, or pepperoni for my sandwich.
My daughter had a coupon for 3 footlongs for 17.99. She paid $36 bucks. She asked for bacon on 1 sandwich and 1 sandwich was custom with 2 meats. So how did she get that amount? I then ordered an additional footlong (a separate order) and they were supposed to substitute turkey on it because they were out of pepperoni (it was a BMT). I added bacon, A pack of cookies, plus 3 more cookies, and a soda and I was charged $26. The girl wasn't trying to give either of us receipts either. I tried to find the owner info and couldn't locate contact information. This is insane. It would be nice to have contact with the owner but I doubt I'll...
Read moreThe owner needs to clearly evaluate his or her business model. You change flatbreads to a thinner product to save money I only speculate. Then you tell your customers they can’t have it toasted because it’s to thin. Inconvenience the customer, great business plan. Only can order cold sandwich because your main source of toasting and heating is shot and get told by staff that’s just the way it is. Your staff at best barely shows a pulse when you walk in the door. Mostly like other comments, look inconvenienced to have you come in. You may be the only game in town open after 6 in a small town but many of us talk to each other about you. I am a disgusted neighbor and it’s time to change. Take note of your reviews or the cooperate...
