I absolutely loved my experience getting my ears pierced at Claire’s! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. She encouraged me to take my time choosing exactly what I wanted — no pressure, no rush. Once I made my selection, I completed the quick paperwork and we got started.

We discussed placement, and she took the time to show me her suggestions, making sure I was 100% happy before moving forward. She even reassured me that we could take as long as needed to get it just right — but honestly, she nailed it on the very first try! I loved where she placed the earrings. She was calm, professional, and had such a positive attitude throughout the whole process.

Great experience! My daughter really wanted her ears pierced but was super nervous. We went midweek and the person working was really helpful and suggested we come at a time when she could get them both pierced at the same time. We went back that Saturday and even though it was much busier, it was worth it to get them done at once. Both of the people doing it were very patient with her and understanding as it took her several minutes to actually go through with it. She was all smiles after....

The long brown haired woman that has been working there for the last 30-40 days approx is clearly stealing money from the cash register… or running drugs out of the store or possibly trafficking… Suspicious grown men in and out of the store all day. It’s bizarre. No cash in the cash register… rude to loyal customers… the ladies that work at the surrounding stores are watching and horrified as well. Not sure what is going on, but we will not be bringing my daughter...
